Brilliant and easy to use

I used this after a surprise wedding to collate the photos off everyone’s phones. It is VERY easy to use and upload. The free version is excellent. Will be using again the paid version for a planned wedding, as it’s so user friendly. Highly recommended!

Some guests couldn’t upload pictures


Some guests couldn’t upload pictures and videos, but ones who managed to- it uploaded not in the same quality. Very disappointed as this was our wedding pictures.

Dear Dagnija,

I'm very sorry to hear about this. I’ve checked your account and see that you have 176 photos and 40 videos uploaded.

Of these, 12 photos are smaller than 1 MB, which means they are low quality. My guess is that these photos were saved from a text message and then uploaded to Knipsmig. In that case, they are not in full resolution. Does this sound right to you?

To be clear, Knipsmig does *no compression* and causes no degradation in image quality. We always store the full resolution image, so if it is low quality, it is only because it was uploaded that way. Please ask your guest to upload the photos in a higher resolution.

You are very welcome to contact me for further information. I can list the photos in low resolution for you if you like.
