We ordered several items from knobdeals.com on 4/4. We received no further correspondence from Knobdeals.com, however, a week later we noticed the charge had been refunded on our credit card. The website says knobdeals.com remains open during the pandemic. We tried calling to see if our order would be fulfilled, however, the call was not answered. The automated system put us on hold and then disconnected. Do NOT use this company - there are plenty of online companies that offer the same products and have much better customer service. If this is any indication of how they do business, they won't be around for long.
