I can honestly say this Workshop was by far the BEST one I've done, it was really Intense and packed with content over five day's. I think it benefits all attendees as classes are small and intimate. The passion and direction from the coach was another level whilst we we're encouraged to hit our breakthrough moment's. I thoroughly enjoyed the work and I am already incorporating it into my craft. Though I wanted it to be a longer course. Thank-you Knock+Nash.

The course was delivered in a safe,professional environment where you were coached in a manner that brought out the best in us all. The tutors are highly trained and gave invaluable techniques to better ourselves in our craft, giving joy, confidence and ability to us all, pushing us on to succeed in a positive way.

Where do I start. Jordan, Liam and everyone Involved with bringing knock and Nash together deserve unlimited praise. At the start of my journey on this course, I told them I wanted my passion for acting to be solidified by the end of it. They did not fail me. The level of detail and guidance is second to none. They truly make you perceive screen acting in a totally different way, as well as pushing you to limits you never thought you had. It was truly inspiring!

I had an amazing 5 days in Liverpool with Jordan and also Liam. He is an open and natural teacher intuitively pitching to the pace of the person but pushing for more A lot of new concepts for me to grasp but felt totally inspired by him and the safe place of the group. In gratitude Jane Pratt

Jordan is a wonderful teacher - he's enthusiastic, honest (without being cruel), and just really knows how to create such a safe and creative environment that pulls out the best in everyone. He's actively working, which is a plus, and has so much information about the industry my mind was blown every day.

Acting is simple if stick to honesty and truth, and if you have the right tools to tap into that - it's such a joy to do. I watched actors, who had never acted before, pull out something unique within themselves. Watching the tapes back, really gave clarity to a lot of what Jordan was talking about. And by the end, we could all really see how to make our performances better - what works and what doesn't; and answer those questions about why.

I truly felt grateful to be able to take this week and learn, and I left with a renewed sense of self and confidence in my skills. So thank you Jordan and the whole Knock & Nash teams.

The passion, knowledge and dedication shown in Jordan’s teaching is inspiring. Knock and Nash are a fantastic company to work with and I would thoroughly recommend them. I feel equipped with an incredible tool box, and intend to do further courses with Knock and Nash. It was an amazing experience.

This course provided a series of ways to get into character and analyse scripts, but also found my personal best way to get the most out of my work!

An AMAZING week! Jordan is a fabulous teacher who works tirelessly to help everyone give their best performance. I have learned so much about the psychology and tricks of the trade of acting which are actually life skills. Whenever I find myself in any situation where I want another person to yield to my demands, Jordan's voice will be ringing in my ears "What do you want from them?!!!". The week was intense but SO rewarding and I loved the other 7 students I met. I did the course as someone who has never been in front of a camera because I wanted to learn more about acting skills, and Jordan gave me a masterclass. WOW what a wonderful experience. This course is a must of any budding actor setting out on the road to stardom, so much to learn and what better way to learn than from an enthusiast mentor like Jordan. The best week of training ever!

Jordan is an incredible teacher and taught the class with such enthusiasm and care!! He took time with each student and gave me such amazing skills and advice to apply to TV acting!! Id recommend this course to anyone who’s interested in Screen!

I had such an incredible experience with Knock and Nash! I feel like a completely different actor and person after doing the course than I did before I started. Jordan is a wonderful teacher and has such open and welcoming energy! The small class sizes really help with creating a close friendly environment and with getting plenty of screen time for learning.

If you're looking for a great place to learn about screen acting/start your acting journey, this is it. It's a short course that you can easily work into your schedule but filled with essential advice, exercises, and practical skills. I've learned a lot from this experience and couldn't recommend it more.

An unbelievable experience; especially for someone who had no acting experience prior to doing this course. It’s incredible how much I was able to learn in the space of five days and how much more confident I feel having completed it. The small group sizes really benefit each individual as you are able to learn in a way that suits you best and have as much screen time as possible. I just completed the Foundation in Screen Acting Intensive: Edinburgh. I can't say enough good things about it. I learned so much in only 5 days and feel so much more confident about acting on screen. The small course size means each student gets a lot of personalised time and attention, no matter where in their acting journey they are. Jordan is one of the most passionate acting tutors I've ever had, he genuinely wants each student to grow and succeed.

I first encountered Jordan Tweddle in Edinburgh while he was teaching a course in April 2022. I was unable to join the course that month, and I was very keen to be taught by Knock & Nash. So when I saw he'd posted another Edinburgh course, I knew I had to join. Sadly, at the last minute, my daughter was diagnosed with Leukaemia, and I had to drop out of the course mere days before the start of the class. That said, I was thrilled that when I reached out to Jordan with the bad news, he told me that he would be willing to work something out with me while he was still in Edinburgh. We wound up doing some private tuition together and truly, I've never felt more prepared for the joys of working in film and tv than I do now. He's calm, he's patient, he's compassionate, he's really driven to see his students succeed. I have nothing but joy in my heart and lungs after this work with him, and it's really a testament to his process that he cares so deeply for the wellbeing of the actors he works with.
