I've had a couple of problems with my Knog (which generally I love!) but both times it has been sorted out promptly and efficiently. The service is very personal and I feel like a valued customer whioch is not a common experience these days!

Bought a set of Lil Cobber lights from a retailer in the UK and the front light was not working correctly. I contacted Knog directly to check that it wasn't something that could be corrected and I also let the retailer know. In the end Knog directly sent me a replacement because the returns process with the retailer would have been a lot more complicated and time consuming.

Customer service was quick to respond and super helpful! My warranty request was for a light mount did not hold up after 2 weeks hard bike packing and lost the light. Products are really superior to most others I have used so that plus this very positive interaction means I likely using knog going forward.

Customer service as customer service should be. Had problems with a Knog Scout after I changed phones. Got a thorough explanation by email on how to reset it, but I couldn't do it. They then sent me a new unit. Incredibly satisfied and really recommend this company😀

J'ai acheté une alarme KNOG et j'en étais pleinement satisfaite depuis 1 an jusqu'à ce qu'il commence à s'activer tout seul en roulant alors qu'il avait été désactivé. Après des reset et même un remplacement de mon Knog, j'espérais pouvoir retrouver un fonctionnement normal mais le nouveau Knog a fait la même chose ! Vraiment décevant.

Since 2018 I'm using this lights. So far they still working, battery on eco mode last about 2 months or more on average 5 hours per week.Water proof for UK weather.

Superhelpful and replaced my 2 year old light for free. Quality products and super service!

Knog honors their warranty: when my bell broke they shipped me a new one

We've been using Knog lights on our bikes for several years now. In general, the experience has been extremely positive, and on the rare occasion that we've had problems with lights, etc., Bridg & her team have been exceptionally quick and professional in providing support and assistance.

We’ve been using two Knog Scout alarms on our MTB e-bikes for over a year now. We lock the bikes using Foldylock locks if we’re in a cafe or when they’re secured on the car carrier outside our accommodation overnight. The Scout alarms then provide the piece of mind that if someone was to begin tampering with the bikes we’d hear/be notified and they’d also be put off by the noise. One of the Scout’s batteries failed at 13 months and Bridg at Knog supplied a new replacement no fuss immediately upon being contacted. Fantastic support. Mechanical and electronic things can fail and it’s the company’s response that determines whether you’d buy anything off them again. Very happy with the customer support we’ve received.
