Knose has been helpful and kind throughout every claim for our boys. We are so grateful for the benefits received through this insurance. It has certainly been worth it.

Even though I had to make a phone call 1 week after my claim was logged because apparently the computer hadn’t recognised my paperwork……My claim was then fast tracked and was finalised within 24hrs.
Very friendly and efficient over the phone staff…

The claims process is always very easy with Knose, the claims experience would be better if they could be integrated with the system where you pay the Gap at the veterinarian. However, I guess they want to scrutinise each claim to insure it's correct and payable.
