We've been with Petsy for 3years now for both our dogs and they are fantastic! Cannot fault them! We have lodged multiple claims over the years and always experienced and easy carefree process while doing so. They make it super easy to lodge a claim and our claims have always been approved within a few days and the money back in our account within the week. We have never had a claim questioned or refused. I highly recommend Petsy for pet insurance and will definitely be staying with them for as long as our dogs live.

I found Petsy from Costco last year and have now three of our pets with Petsy. The claims are super simple they take care of everything and even follow up to ensure all is okay. The service is outstanding and I know why our vet says they are the best pet insurance

I've been with Petsy for about 3 years and have always found them to be exceptional. They are on the more expensive side but the process for creating the claims is very easy (it prob takes me less than a minute) and the payouts are usually within a couple of work days, and always without hassle. My cat has had some larger issues (hyperthyroidism) requiring substantial (/expensive) treatment and, recently, a number of ear infections. The process for claiming all of these has been the same and I've never had an issue. Pre existing aren't covered, as expected. Recommend.

Extremely helpful and a must have for your pet

I had to take my cat in for a check up (Which was included in my policy) regarding her bad breath, and overall health. She has no pre existing conditions, and they turned down my claim anyway. Additionally they made it look like my dental care was added when I knew it wasn't going to be added til much later in my policy.

I don’t agree with the current policies that restrict dental care. This area could definitely be improved to provide more comprehensive coverage for pet owners. Additionally, the delayed full coverage period—taking six months after the first payment—is far too long and should be reconsidered.

Have had them ever since i got my first kitten almost a year ago , she had some problems over the past 6 months , but the team has been great in communication and have had no problems with the claims . Highly recommended.

Petsy is our first ever pet insurance and they will be our last! Absolutely amazing, our beautiful kitten had an accidental poisoning at 5 months old resulting in emergency vet stay and ongoing blood tests leaving us out of pocket over $4,000!! This left our family extremely worried, Petsy was easy to communicate with and processed our claim very quickly. There was no fuss or arguing, everything was done quickly and professionally. We are very happy with this company 5 stars! 🌟

My dog has been covered by Petsy for almost 3 years. Recently he needed surgery to correct his rear kneecaps and alignment problems. His dew claws were also removed as he was catching them on things. I’m covered for 90% of costs, with a $500 excess fee. I put in a claim which was covered without any issues. A few days after surgery my dog became unwell and needed a veterinary appointment. All sorted, we left with medication costing $215, I couldn’t work out if these would be covered. I put in a claim, the total amount was covered. I was relieved and pleased. Along the process Pesty kept me informed, which was great

I've been with Petsy pet insurance for over 6 years now and have just insured my third pet with them. You won't get caught out with this coverage like others. Trust me I've been with others and have got caught out with fine print. Fast claims, good customer service. Fair prices. In fact you get what you pay for when it comes to insurance.

Just made what must’ve been our 6th claim for an ongoing skin condition. Payment made to the vet so I just pay the difference. Super quick turnaround and just wholesome and human customer support. Love Petsy and their team

Petsy is super simple to use. I’ve never had any trouble with lodging a claim for my dog. The website is easy to understand and the emails I receive in response come quickly and are genuinely polite. I have no complaints whatsoever! They’re good value for money. I’ve been with them for almost two years now and plan to stay with them forever - as long as they don’t change their quality of service of course. I’ve lodged several claims and all went very smoothly.

I put the claim in and it was approved within 24 hours and on a Saturday! It was paid promptly into my bank account. The claim process was very easy!

My experiences with petsy has been nothing but amazing. I now have one dog and three cat policies with top coverage. Veterinary care runs in the family as several generations have worked in the field, so we have seen a lot in our time and have used a number of Pet Insurers over the years. None come close to Petsy when is come to the support and service. Protecting animals is in our family's DNA and it gives me comfort knowing that the staff we have dealt with at Petsy are all in the same boat. I've recently rescued another and also chosen Petsy even after again calling around and comparing cover.

The best pet insurance around by far as I've learned the hard way.

We used to be with medibank and we got caught out with the "per condition" excess and limits. My husband found Petsy through Costco and they have no limits that will catch us out. Made a small claim and are very happy with switching.

I got a new puppy and did some research and found Petsy and liked the reviews on Product Review. He started having gait issues and we went to see a neurologist at SASH. I didn't expect Petsy would cover his costs of the MRI and analysis, as we had just made one monthly premium payment and to my surprise they covered most of it and were so friendly and helpful. Very supportive for us during a difficult time. They required more paperwork and the process is more manual but I think the people and the coverage is fantastic. I'm so thankful to them for helping us through a difficult time. My puppy is still growing, so we hope he'll be ok - but he may need surgery in the future, and we are glad we have Petsy to support us.
