Jeg er vild med jeres produkter! Jeg bestilte to trøjer hos jer. Den ene kom jeg til at bestille i en forkert størrelse (min fejl) – så den røg retur. Jeg fik halvdeles af beløbet tilbage i forhold til, hvad jeg havde betalt. Det klagede jeg over – og fik at vide, at det var en fejl. Og fik så resten retur også. Og det er jo fint. Men de 'kun' fire stjerner er jo så på baggrund af det.

Qualität der shorts leider miserabel. Die Hose hält nur 1 saison. Danach gab der Stoff schon auf. Viel zu dünn und an den Beininnenseiten eingerissen....

I ordered through their Swiss online shop.

Prices are inflated compared to ordering from EU - I could accept that. But what happened next is that I received an invoice from UPS for import taxes and handling of CHF 37 (!) (for a total order of CHF 120) even though they claim free shipping and pretend to be a Swiss shop.

This is behaviour is not acceptable, I am disappointed from a shop that claims they are "fair".

Will report to the Ombudsman.

Ich habe mir mehrere Socken bestellt, von denen fast alle von den Fotos auf der Webseite abweichen. Da es mir wichtig ist, fair zu kaufen und keine Retouren zu erzeugen, habe ich mir die Socken vorher sehr genau auf der Webseite angeschaut und mir alle Informationen dazu durchgelesen. Das bringt natürlich alles nichts, wenn die Farben der Fotos nicht mit dem realen Produkt über einstimmen oder sogar komplett andere Socken abfotografiert wurden. Ich habe mehrere E-Mails mit dem Support hin und her geschrieben nur um die Socken zurückgeben zu können und musste dann trotzdem den Versand und den Rückversand bezahlen, was ich einfach nur frech finde.

I found this brand randomly but has become one of my faves due to the simple clean designs ethical production and materials they use. Plus I love an Owl

Toppenprodukter! Snabb och fin leverans.

Kommunikation ist schlecht. Lieferung kommt seit Wochen nicht. Ich bekomme weder die Ware noch Rückerstattung des Betrages.

I like everything about the brand. Their approach, their commitment, their logo, the quality of their products and how simply are but how nice they look at the same time. I have searched for organic clothes for a long time but did not find great looking products at the same time. As a minimalist I have exchanged nearly my entire wardrobe with products from Knowledge Cotton Apparel and now have less stuff but of high quality. I am just happy with it :)

I reached out to their customer service to ask what possibilities I had with my jacket with a broken zipper. I were clear from the very first conversation that it were a jacket I got as a gift and that I couldn't find the particular model on their website.

They said that they offered a service, that I could get a professional tailor to replace the zipper and send them the invoice from the tailor.

I find this a very nice service to offer and a very sustainable approach!

However, they now refuse to reimburse the tailor, but are now instead offering a coupon code to their website.

Their clothes is fine, but their customer service is living in a completely different reality. How is it OK to make an agreement and then change the conditions after I put my own money out?

Ordered pants 36 x 34 which is the size my husband always wears. Washed pants on wool wash, 30C and line dried, inside leg measured 30 inches after wash. Provided photos to customer service but the only solution for a useless item was a discount code to use on a future order, I will not be ordering from a company who do not take customer service seriously. I was not requested to return the pants to have my complaint investigated.
