Ordren blev behandlet hurtigt. Jeg mistede kasketten og bestilte straks en ny hos dig, fordi jeg kunne lide kasketten så meget.

Good quality products, but I would not recommend ordering from their own online store. I ordered a product from their website that was shown to be available. Also received email confirmation about successful order. Almost one week later I though that the product would be arriving soon, but instead got an automatic message that order has been cancelled There was no further explanation, so I needed to ask what that means by myself. I received an answer that they just do not have the product anymore. I asked if they could send me different color of the same product with the same discounted price I had paid for the original product, but that was not possible. If this is not intentional way to attract consumers to store with "discounted" products that are not actually available and not even meant to be sent to the buyer, then the company should have at least delivered the similar product with the same terms they have marketed.

It would be nice to have an English version of the questions...the trousers are very good. Especially because you left the stretch fabric behind and offer 100% cotton again...very welcome! :-)

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase! The clothes fit perfectly, and the delivery was incredibly fast. I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

Although the price online (in Euros) is the same as in most Swiss retail stores, you should avoid the official online store in Switzerland.
After I've received my trousers (arriving from Denmark) I've also received a letter from the Swiss post a few days later, asking for 9 Franks VAT and an additional 18 Franks of fees. Over 20% on top of the product price!

The site does its best to hide the fact. Nowhere in the buying process did it mention this.

Because they don't deduct VAT from Swiss costumers, they actually charge way more for the same product:
- Germany: 109 Euros
- Denmark (county of origin): 107 Euros
- Switzerland: 130 Euros

I am fed up with companies that sell the same products way more expensive in Switzerland, just because...

The online price was exactly the same as in swiss retail stores (but with VAT included). Therefore, I highly recommend ignoring the official online shop in switzerland.

Knowledgecotton apparel products have been my constant companion for years! I have loved the Eule products for more than 15 years :) I have bought them from various online shops. Unfortunately, there are very, very few shops in Germany where I can try the products on directly and then decide whether to buy them. I have now ordered a few times from Knowledgecottonapparel.de. Unfortunately, I had to send something back because the fit was not like the other pants I have from them and there was a button strip that was not visible in the pictures. Unfortunately, the entire amount was not refunded. The same goes for the shipping options. For 15€ I can have it sent to my home, otherwise to a parcel shop. I have a parcel shop on my street, but unfortunately there isn't one, I have to drive several kilometers. It's sad that I can't at least choose the parcel shops. There are some things that I don't consider customer-friendly, but the products are sensational! The quality of the products outweighs that for me, so I'll stick with Knowledgecottonapparel

The dress was delivered quickly and the dress was an amazing dress of good quality.

The delivery process was not very transparent. For about a week, the tracking link just indicated that data had been sent to the shipping company (DHL) and did not show any progress. Then, all of a sudden, I was informed that the parcel was ready for being picked up. All intermediate steps have been omitted. A more complete tracking would be desirable.

I feel there is a big gap between all the green commitment and the fact the products are made in China, India and Turkey... If you are into sustainable clothing, this is not the place...

Obwohl ich den Kaufvertrag rechtzeitig widerrufen und die Ware vollständig mit dem Rücksendelabel an den dt. Vertriebspartner zurückgeschickt hatte, wurden mir über Klarna fast 20(!) € in Rechnung gestellt, nur dafür, dass ich zwei Kleidungsstücke probieren konnte, deren Schnitt so schlecht gewesen war, dass ich sie wieder zurückschicken musste ! Selbst wenn ich die Rücksendekosten innerhalb Deutschlands selbst tragen müsste, wären sie nur ein Bruchteil dessen, was von mir gefordert wird. Ich kann nur abraten, bei Knowledgecottonapparel zu bestellen.

Clothing quality is subpar - jacket was broken within 1 month of purchase.

bought white cotton top from a store in Dublin "genius" loved it so much i decided to order 2 more direct from their website. when they arrived i notice they were totally inferior in quality to the top i bought in the shop-it was only half the weight, the cotton was of poorer quality,very disappointing.........

En knit jeg købte krympede i vask på trods af at den blev vasket efter vaskemærket. Den blev erstattet efter en god korrespondance med kundeservice med leveringstid på 1 dag.
Stor fornøjelse og fantastisk produkt.

A great brand with a commendable vision for sustainable clothing. I’ve bought a few items from them and really like the design and quality. The reason for this review however, is the fantastic customer service I received recently when I had a problem with the zip coming apart on a jacket I bought. I reached out to Knowledge directly, despite buying it from a retailer. A special call out to Johan who took full ownership of my complaint, apologized for the defect and replaced the jacket very quickly. He even included some additional items as compensation. A really great way to treat their customers.
