J'ai deux enfants un garçon et une fille j'ai commandé de vos exemplaires pour avoir une avec la Voie lactée l'autre avec l'océan j'ai reçu deux avec la Voie lactée donc ça me sert à quoi de commander deux appareils et d'avoir deux fois la même chose alors oui je suis déçu.

I did not receive the correct order, one of the items was broken. The projector did not project the advertised image. They offered a $12 refund ,the items cost $48. They indicate a full refund

Please stop offering small compensation amounts instead of resolving the actual problem.

The projector I received is completely different from the one shown in your advertisements.

The videos and images on your website show a large, bright, dynamic projection with moving effects covering the ceiling and walls. The projector I received only projects a small, static image. There is no movement at all, and the projection on the ceiling is barely visible.

This product does not match your advertisement. The videos and photos on your website are misleading and do not represent the actual product. Selling products that do not perform as advertised is unacceptable. I am certainly not the only customer who has complained about this.

I have already sent you photos and videos proving that the product I received is completely different from what you advertise.

I demand a full refund of the purchase price.

If you refuse to issue a full refund, I will immediately open a PayPal dispute for “Significantly Not as Described” and submit all of my photos, videos, screenshots of your website, and our entire email conversation as evidence.

I will not accept any further partial compensation offers. This matter can now only be resolved with a full refund.
