You should tell your customers who buy your product that it ships from outside the USA. Took too long for delivery. Item is much smaller than pictured in ad.

Chain took a month to get to me and the way the chain is set up I can’t put a piece on it

It works, but only at close range which is not too convenient when you are inside the house and dogs are outside. But it does work.
