Speedy despatch of goods. happy with items received.

I love upcircle products - came quickly and in fully recyclable non bulky packaging.

Clothes are always bigger than indicated on the size guide. I check the measures, I pick the size which is supposed to be right for me, and when I receive the article it is too big for me.
I am in France so it is expensive to return the articles.
It has happened to me both times I tried a purchase at KTO. There will certainly not be a third attempt.

A great eco-friendly shopping experience. Great range of products on site, delivery was quick and easy and all packaging was recyclable.

First parcel arrived with damaged glass contents which spilled onto everything, replacement package was said to have been posted, weeks later I asked for tracking info as it had not arrived yet and I was moving house soon so I wanted to just collect it from the post office myself if possible. They apologised as they hadn’t sent it out yet even though they said they had. They sent another parcel out to me without asking if this is okay and did not acknowledge the fact that I said I was moving so it arrived after I moved house (300 miles away) and I could not my parcel. They would not accept their mistake here and would not send a replacement to my new address. I will not buy from them again.

Did not accept my returned item. Gave me the choice of having the item shipped to me again (at my own cost, after already having paid the return shipping) or them getting rid of it. I replied saying I would like the item shipped back to me, but then did not hear from KTO for multiple weeks. So not only did I not get my refund and had to pay extra shipping, I also had to chase up KTO for them to actually send me back the item I had already paid for. Not impressed.

Ordering easy, communication was friendly and clear and product arrived on time as expected, on time for the birthday gift it was for.

I didn't like the fact that the T-shirt is a mix of poly or Lycra with the cotton but advertised as 100% cotton. I don't know how they can advertise as 100% and think people wont notice. So i returned it. Customer service is good. I ordered the wrong size sent an email to customer service and they corrected my error and sent out the right size with no problem.

Great service. Prompt delivery. Only issue was that the lid I bought for the body wash split in a matter of days and the pads I bought are ideally a little too big and thick to use with toner. But it’s all still useable and the body wash is lovely!
