Have placed a lot of orders with this company and spent a lot of money with them, a lot have been good, however, some have not. I bought Hair tongs advertised as “new and unused”, I hadn’t checked them and went to use them a couple of months later as I had an event and hadn’t needed to use them previously. Upon inspection the tongs had clearly been used, there were exterior marks to the tongs and the safety glove wasn’t in the box. I could have dealt with that, however, when I switched them on they wouldn’t heat up. Advise reliked of this and their response was it was out of the two week return window and their get out of jail free card is that they are a “reseller” so consumer legislation doesn’t apply to them even tho the goods are faulty. I won’t be letting this lie as the goods are faulty and there is no way in getting touch with the “Private seller” to dispute this. It’s horrible and illegal customer service. Please be aware of this apparent loophole.

I love Reliked❤️ Great Choices Great Brands. What I don't like is how long Postage takes! Sometimes over a week! Also, This has happened twice now.. After I have placed an order and paid for it. A couple of days later. I receive an email with a refund saying that the product I ordered after I paid... Became 'Out of Stock'. . Apart from all that.. I love Reliked ❤️

Personally I don’t shop anywhere else.
The idea of recycling clothes that have barely been worn appeals to my ethics.
I have had nothing but great items from Reliked . I know influencers only wear their items once so to repurpose them is a huge plus for me and the environment!

When I turned up to collect my purchase Ben was waiting for me with my parcels in hand.

Great company - bargains galore.

I've bought clothes there many times. And each time, it's like a lottery, never knowing for sure whether I'll be satisfied or not. Several times, items arrived in the wrong sizes from the ones listed on the website. One time, the wrong pair of leggings arrived. Among my recent orders, a white top had blue stains, and another top had visible marks from pinches on the hanger, and I don't know if they'll go away after washing. Also, a satin dress that was declared new arrived with strings in the back. Another dress had a small stain, seemingly small, but it never came out. That's all I could remember right away. Perhaps there have been more such unsuccessful purchases. The clothing descriptions on the website don't list any flaws, just a couple of photos from a distance. So, it's a total lottery—you'll either get lucky or not. But to be fair, I should say that, of course, not all items are like this. Many of the items I bought are in good condition.

Delivery was very quick and I loved the recyclable packaging. Lovely selection of items

Apparently, Reliked is asking me for more details so they can consider my review genuine.
Yesterday, I looked on their website
For " How to delete my account", also for "Help", "Contact Us", or any way to contact them to ask for the deletion of my account, and could not find anything.
Had to google "Reliked contact us", and finally was able to fill a form with my request. I have not heard from them since.

I just searched on "how to sell on Reliked?", and found out they charge a fee between 50 and 75%, of selling value....seriously!!!????
I believe this is ridiculous! People, especially influencers, get dazzled with the fact that they "are chosen to sell on Reliked", and forget that, if they sell something for £10, owner gets £2.5, if they sell for £1000, owner gets £250. In my opinion, this commission structure disproportionately benefits the platform, particularly as many sellers are influencers with gifted items. For private sellers, the return is extremely poor compared to other resale platforms. And influencers do this because, most of the times, they don't have to "deal with people"...I think this is a wake up call for all the blind followers....it makes me really sad with how the world is becoming, and greedy people feed on dazzlement and unhealthy behaviour towards image, lack of self -respect/esteem...
There should me more regulation into these kind of businesses/platforms
