They lost my first prescription. I had to get another orginal from the vet. Then they changed the price of my item IN THE CART by $50. They said I ordered the wrong one (no I didn't). Then it sat in Packing for 2 weeks. Now it says it's shipped (after I complained) but still not at USPS. NEVER AGAIN! It's been a month now since I placed order.

My vet has “ partnered” with this pharmacy I placed an order for Rx worm meds for my cat Koala received the scrip and it was 9 days between their receipt and delivery of the med. this is NOT acceptable. If I need non critical meds ( flea treatment etc.)! I may use this pharmacy , but any critical meds (antibiotics, pain meds etc.) will be ordered elsewhere. My vet is obviously in a profit sharing “partnership” with this outfit and should be ashamed

Scam. They will automatically enroll you in their auto ship on your first purchase without telling you through some fine print details and then won’t refund the medications you don’t even want because they’re “prescription”

If I could put zero stars I would - Terrible service - keep not delivering orders so that you call back and then use the excuse that "did you want a subscription?" or "is the amount you ordered correct?" TERRIBLE Service.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Have had order in for 30 days - no delivery yet.

I placed an order with this company on a Friday and made sure that my vet responded to their inquiries the following Monday to ensure that they had everything they needed from my end.

I saw online that meds ship within a couple of days, but they never did anything with my order. Finally 10 days after my initial order they reached out to tell me that they don't even have any of the medicine that my dog needs in stock.

They might be fine for some regular medications but DO NOT trust them for any emergent issues as they clearly didn't care that my dog needed her medicine.

I was taken in by the cheap prices and believed the lie that they ship medications as soon as they get the vet approval. It has been 3 days since they received the order from my vet and I was just told it will take 2-4 more business days before it ships. They don't even offer priority shipping!!

Was great at first. Then they got a dumb representative told me the vet increased the dosage. He didn’t. I was just at the vet. She didn’t know what she was talking about. She canceled the order so I went somewhere else. They got the instructions wrong.

I wish I had seen these reviews first. Placed my request on Sept 15th; vet approved on Sept 17th then nothing. I called on Friday for status update and they told me these would ship. Checked again today (Sept 23) and still nothing. I just cancelled my order today. Placed w/Costco.

I was very surprised to see a charge for my pet prescription from Koala Health on my bank account since I had not placed an order for a refill! My bank provided me their phone number and I was able to cancel the order. Not sure what is going on. Be wary!

Your delivery time is pitiful. When a customer orders a strong antibiotic it's not to just add it to his collection. It's because the pet has a serious infection which needs immediate treatment. Had I seen your very poor online reviews I certainly wouldn't have subjected my dog to another week of pain and discomfort. I'm going to find some time to learn which Massachusetts agency or Attorney General's office oversees your business and inform them of the shabby business you conduct

my puppy has to have Zycortal suspension for her health due to Addison's disease. i ordered and emailed a copy of the rx and a week later then they wanted it mailed so I mailed it. The mail and Boston sucks. They did nothing to expedite it. They whined about something not being right which doesn't make any sense because I've had other pharmacies fill it without any problem, and it still has not been sent and she has to have her shot tomorrow. I would not recommend this group to anyone. I am in line with every other review that has been written and they whine about everything in Boston such as they can't lose their license. total BS.

Do not do business with these people. Huge disappointment. They promise then don't deliver.
They don't care about your animals. We have a cat teetering on death. They didn't give a damn.

This place took forever to send us my dog’s medication. They made up something about how the vet’s directions weren’t clear. I called the vet who read off what they’d included in usage directions and I don’t know how much clearer they could’ve made it.

Customer service is AWFUL. The phone lines go to voicemail saying the place is closed long before their closing hours, they do not respond to emails. I will never use them again and closed my account. Use Chewy. They are streets ahead in every way.

When you order they put your prescription on auto ship and do not inform you of that in any way. You will get an email informing you of the order (which you probably will not read because you did not expect anything from them). if you look on the WEB site, they have nothing that allows you to view the prescription order properties (like auto ship). Scetchy business practices. Choose someone else to do business with. You will end up paying more for unwanted orders because they will not refund your money.

Koala Customer Service is an A+ so far in my book. There was an issue with the way my vet wrote one of the prescriptions. Koala reached out right away and was very communicative with me via email and accommodating with how I wanted the prescription (fill whole rx now or do monthly autoship). Per other reviews, they may prefer you to call to cancel a subscription, but when I emailed them that my cat passed, they canceled for me. They also sent me a beautiful bouquet from a local floral shop. It was very sweet. I have had nothing but a good experience with them. They have always been kind in the mulitiple emails I've exchanged. I hope they stay around because their prices are decent too. I thought I already wrote a nice review prior to receiving the flowers, but it must have been on their website or somewhere else. Just know I felt this way prior to that.

First and last order with them. Ridiculously slow shipping, sketchy business practices, like making you call to change an autoship.

The company posts pages and pages of 5 star reviews on their website which I assume they've written themselves. They do not include anything less than 5 so I'm not sure how they think it's believable. They do not have a Yelp so what does that tell you? They charged my card for a $300 med and sent it to the wrong address, not the one on file. I've called and not been able to get through and I've emailed them 4 times in one week to no avail. My dog is very uncomfortable without her meds and they simply do not care enough to respond. Now I have to go to the trouble of filing a claim with Am Ex to get my refund and get the script sent elsewhere. I would advise to not use this company if you care about the health of your pet.

They incorrectly filled out my pets script. I ordered simpatico trio, bought a 6 pack, they delivered a 6 pack. Yet the script they sent to my vet was for a pack of 12.

Now I am have the hardest time getting the other 6 pack I need, since according to my vet records, they sent 12 (which they did NOT)

Apparently they’re not able to send an updated/correct script to my vet? I have to jump through so many hoops to fix THEIR mistake.

I have to either get a new prescription from my vet (which will cost me a consultation fee from my vet), or have my new/current pharmacy call them to get it transferred.

It’s all a big mess, I would never order from here again

I am very impressed with this company. I’ve been ordering my prescriptions for my dog for a few years. Once we were out of town because of a hurricane and I asked if they could send my dogs prescription to where I was. I got it the next day. I just informed them that my dog passed away. Today we receive flowers. It’s a very caring company. And you can call them and actually talk to a person. And it is cheaper than I could get it locally. 🐶

Scam!!!! Buyer Beware! I had an autoship which I cancelled (via phone as they don't allow you to do it online). They shipped it anyway, without their required 3 day notification prior. When I called them to return, they said no returns allowed and claimed they never got a call and they also claimed they had sent the required email, which they couldn't produce, of course. So, the fact is, they know how to scam the system as the charge can't even be disputed because I cannot prove the cancellation phone call. How does one "prove" a phone call?
