This desk is everything...

This desk is everything.... Money well spent and all the functions were fantastic. it fun smoothly but the speaker voice can be annoying .
I am very happy with my purchase. The delivery took just over a week to come and the delivery men where very helpful as they help me bring it upstairs

Problem resolved professionally

I bought a great sit-stand desk but within a year it developed a fault. Kobel tried to troubleshoot the issue and when they couldn't delivered replacement parts which made it good as new.

I was really impressed by your customer service. They were both personal and professional whilst going beyond what I expected to get a great result.

I'm so glad to have my lovely desk fully working again .

I love this table

I love this table! Finally, I can stand at a desk and work at home. Far more comfortable and much healthier for you.
Service was efficient and friendly.

Fast delivery of Replacement parts

Had some damage to the legs on a side table that was still in warranty. Quick email to Koble and David sent out the replacement parts that were received a couple of days later. Can't fault that kind of service.

Good little device ⭐⭐⭐

The Koble Mantle Bluetooth Speaker is such a good little device, which is fit for purpose with a warm, relaxing light feature and decent sound quality. As much as I love the device, the 3-star rating reflects the overall condition in which it was received. I suspect that the device was ex-display or used to some extent and had to be cleaned before use. This was, of course, disappointing - but the little device scrubbed up well in the end.

I love it

Quick delivery, easy to put together. I love the glass top which is easy clean and looks very stylish and the in built Bluetooth speakers and chargers are fab! I love everything about it.

Arrived with several damages.

In terms of Koble communication it was very good - I have been kept informed all the way. The delivery was delayed by one day, but I was made aware. Didnt mind. The product arrived well packed. Unfortunately, I can not add photos to this review. The desk arrived damaged with scratches and usb (broken, the part just fallen out), usb c does not charge fast and wireless charging is useless (6h to charge a phone!). The on / off button is very sensitive - even placing something 5 cm away will turn it on. There is no collission alarm at all - continues to go down unevenly if blocked on one side. Overall, similar desk without usb / wireless charging would cost around £300 and that desk I would have recommended.

EDIT: Kobe has replaced the desk and is still working fine. The USB does charge slowly, but I am a bit surprised it is still working after 3 years.

Love the product

Love the product: looks daunting to assemble but actually relatively easy. Recommend 2 people, I did it alone but was fairly heavy to turn over and move. Does everything I expected and so easy to use.

Took a star off as the delivery was 2 boxes of legs rather than a box of legs and a box of the table top. Resolved fairly quickly however.

Stylish Products, Truly Great Customer Service

I bought the Lucia Bluetooth speaker / lamp for my desk in my new home office and loved it. It looks great and worked well. I wasn’t sure if the light would give out enough glow to work at night with the main room light off but was pleasantly surprised as it’s pretty bright whilst still being a nice soft glow.

Unfortunately the speaker stopped working after a number of months. I contacted Koble who couldn’t have been more helpful. My emails were replied to within the hour by David who offered a solution right away.

Great products and great customer service. If only all companies were as easy to deal with!

Great table great customer service

The first table didn’t quite work with charging point on top, but dealt with promptly, without any hassle, and excellent customer service. The replacement works well and looks great in our lounge.

I love their products

I love their products. They are modern , stylish and really good quality. I own a smart table, table lamp and a Blok speaker. I loved the speaker so much I also ordered for my sister. Happy Customer.

The wireless charging has already…

The wireless charging has already stopped working within a week of getting the delivery.

I was very impressed with the service…

I was very impressed with the service and the product I received. I ordered the Juno desk and it looks great and works well. I also wanted a VAT receipt so reached out to the company, who were polite, professional and helpful in getting me what I needed.

Koble were fantastic

Koble were fantastic. I bought a lamp with wireless music player for a Christmas pressie. Unfortunately it wasn’t loud enough and needed to send back. It was a bit after xmas and cuckoo got in touch with them. They were very understanding and organised for it to be returned and got in touch with a lovely letter advising me how to do this free of charge. All in all very happy and would use them again. Were very helpful and very kind. Thank you
