Scammers, timewasters, no glasses, no refund. Avoid!!!

FATALNA OBSŁUGA! Ponad 2 tyg oczekiwania na okulary i dalej ich nie ma. Absolutnie odradzam zakupy w Kodano! Wygląda mi to na OSZUSTWO. Infolinii nie ma w praktyce, odbiera bot, na chacie jakaś jedna niekompetentna osoba/bot. MASAKRA szkoda nerwów i czasu!

I ordered 4 packs of eye lens and they arrived in a very short time and in perfect conditions. I am from Italy and the used BRT as shipping company, that is great.

PO poprzednich porażkach z nimi i wymianie maili . MOje zamówienie zostało dostarczone miarę szybko i sprawnie , dostałam też futerał do okularów . Moja rada pisać z nimi nie odpuszczać .

Der letzte Müll. Die Automaten funktionieren sehr oft nicht, dann wird Geld abgezogen obwohl man kein Produkt aus dem Automaten bekommt und der Ausgabeprozess abgebrochen wurde… Geld weg… dann habe ich den Kundensupport kontaktiert. Die kamen mir auch ständig blöd und haben mir nicht freundlich geholfen das Problem zu lösen. Erst als ich mit dem Anwalt gedroht habe ging es etwas freundlicher. Dann habe ich angegeben das die Kontaktlinsen bis datum x bei mir sein müssen da ich dann 2Wochen im Urlaub bin. Nichtmal das haben sie verstanden und waren so dumm das sie 3x versucht haben mir die Linsen zu schicken und werfen mir vor das Ihnen dadurch hohe versandkosten entstanden sind … einfach nur dumme Menschen arbeiten hier.

I don't understand where these negative reviews are coming from. I regularly buy my contact lenses there. This is the largest contact lens store in Poland.

Ich habe Tagsüber am 13.02 bestellt und nachts am 14.02 kam die E-Mail, dass meine Bestellung storniert wurde. Auf Rückfrage warum hieß es, dass es lediglich ein Systemfehler sei und meine Bestellung weiterhin ausgeführt wird. Ganze 14 Werktage sind vergangen und ich habe keine Versandbestätigung bekommen. Wieder auf Nachfrage hieß es dass meine Bestellung schon längst verschickt worden ist. Ich musste aber trotzdem nochmal schreiben, damit ich endlich eine Versandnummer bekomme.
Bestellung kam erst am 05.03

Nie polecam. Czekam prawie miesiąc na soczewki. Nie mogę bez nich funkcjonowac w życiu codziennym.

Very bad experience. I made a simple mistake, only reading incorrectly an information regarding my contact lenses, which I purchased on kodano.it. I even tried to register and open my personal account on their website. I contacted them per email after a few minutes from my purchase and I RECEIVED AN ANSWER ONLY A DAY LATER saying that the contact lenses were already shipped. How is it possible to have no customer service at all regarding one’s order?? Competitive pricing comes at the expense of the customer. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND KODANO.

Firma nie zwraca pieniędzy za zdaniem klienta źle wykonane okulary minusy. Inne zwracają pieniądze bez pytania. Nie warto więc zamawiać czegokolwiek w takie firmie.

It's a fraud! Their vending machine took my payment but didn't release my order of 2 pack of Biofinity lenses. Customer service is unreachable for a refund

Po miesiącu od zamówienia w końcu skompletowali moje zamówienie (dwa opakowania soczewek). Trzy dni temu dostałem list przewozowy, dziś gdy dalej paczka nie wyszła od nich, dostałem informacje że paczka się prawdopodobnie zgubiła. Dostałem zapytanie czy mają zwrócić pieniądze czy mają ponowić zamówienie. Gdy poprosiłem żeby wysłali od nowa dziś, dostałem odpowiedź że tych soczewek nie mają na stanie, więc pewnie musiałbym czekać kolejny miesiąc. Super firma!

No delivery and in addition no customer service and NO return of payment!!!

Wystawiają towar którego nie mają. Marnuje czas na zamówienie żeby później dowiedzieć się że już nie będą mieć takich okularów

On July 11, 2025, I purchased prescription glasses (frame + lenses) from Kodano. Just two days later, the frame began to lose its color and quality. When I visited the store, I was told that the frame series had a known production issue and was pulled from sale. That was disappointing but what happened next was much worse. Although they refunded the frame, they refused to let me keep it temporarily, even though it was going to be thrown away anyway. This was my only pair of glasses, and I clearly explained that I would not be able to buy or prepare a new pair for at least 15–20 days due to travel and time constraints. Still, they insisted I give back the frame immediately, leaving me completely without glasses and unable to see properly during an important and busy time in my life. I didn’t ask for anything extreme. I only requested to keep the faulty frame temporarily, just to be able to see until I could arrange a replacement. I would have gladly returned it later. But this was denied.
Now, I am facing:
• Health and safety risks due to lack of vision,
• Emotional distress from being left helpless,
• No compensation, no proper apology, and no support from the company. I am respectfully asking Kodano:
• To provide me with a new pair of glasses (frame + lenses),
• To issue an official apology for the way I was treated,
• And to offer compensation for this extremely difficult and frustrating experience.

I trusted this company with my vision. Instead, I was left blind and ignored….
