Odd to be asked for a review when, at the same time, I received an email apologising for late delivery due to high volume of orders

Have used Koh for a few years. Put in another order recently but package didn't arrive (followed tracking). Rang delivery service to be told been handed off to Yodel and it was basically lost. Asked what was going to happen - told I had to go back to Koh. I have tried all which ways to contact them and get my money refunded to no avail. Will now have to wait for Mastercard to help me out!

Have used this for years, very good cleaner. Excellent on mirrors. Cleans with minimum effort.

Koh products are excellent. I have use the universal cleaner for a while and I love the fact you have one product for everything and you don't need 10 different sprays taking space up. It really does work on everything and best of all it is cruelty free. I have also just tried the loo cleaning tablets and they are also brilliant. They leave the loo cleaner than anything else I used so 5 stars on that as well. I can't recommend this stuff enough. I also absolutely LOVE the diamond sponges which come in particularly handy when cleaning the glass on my log burner.

Very happy with product, easy to use and versatile

Very happy with the Universal Cleaner. Makes cleaning so much easier. Just spray it on and leave for a couple of minutes.Wipe off. Jobs sorted. Can be used all around the home. No other cleaner needed. I shall be purchasing again.

I was really pleased to see the toilet tablets developed , they are so easy to use and knowing it cleanses everything is reassuring . You can just put it in and leave it .

I can't recommend this product enough. I have only used it in the kitchen previously but recently we moved into a rental and the mould in the bathroom was bad. I used this on the kitchen, oven and bathrooms and they are spotless! The product doesn't have a smell so you don't feel like your breathing in chemicals. 10/10 you need this in your cleaning products!

Been extremely happy with the products i have purchased so far & customer service has been exceptional. Customer Service is one of the things i rate highly if I'm ever to go back for more.

I have been using Koh for a long time. I started using it because many of the other cleaners affect my asthma. It cleans brilliantly,everything sparkles after I’ve used it and best of all it doesn’t make me wheeze! I recently tried the eucalyptus oil and it smells lovely and that doesn’t affect my asthma either.

I use Koh throughout the house and tell my friends what a fantastic product it is - no chemicals, little plastic waste ad does a brilliant job. I love it.

I really love Koh,I have 2 dogs and it's brilliant for getting stains out of carpets and clothing. I add lavender to it, so it smells lovely. It also cleans the stains of my aluminium sink, i dont like using bleach, so its a constant battle, I leave a few minutes and the stains come off easily. Spray onto the shower panels and the come up lovely. I wouldn't be with out it
