We reached out to Andreea from KohPlanner while planning a two-week trip to Thailand, including one week in Koh Samui, travelling with our two kids (5 and 10), and it was the best decision we made!
From the start, Andreea took the time to really understand our family: what we like, what we don’t, how fast we like to travel, and what would actually work with ourkids. She shared incredibly helpful Thailand travel tips, from saving time and money on transport and what to do in Bangkok to packing advice and safety tips for travelling with children.
For Koh Samui, she planned our days perfectly, with a great mix of activities and relaxed “chill time” so the kids never felt overwhelmed. Her recommendations for beaches, restaurants, activities and sunset spots were spot-on.
One of her best tips was renting a car, which gave us total freedom to explore at our own pace and actually saved us money. Thanks to her local advice, we also knew when to visit places to avoid the crowds, which made everything so much easier with kids.
The result was a truly memorable trip that everyone enjoyed, especially the kids! If you’re planning a family trip to Koh Samui, we can’t recommend Andreea and KohPlanner enough.

Great experience with the portal. It's basically a travel guide in your pocket. The website holds a lot of information, you just need to allow the time to familiarise yourself with the website and the navigation.
