I ordered a brush a weeks later they started hitting my account for $49.99, 2 times in one day. Plus unauthorized charge of $9.95 the day i bought the brush. I guess there are 2 different brushes one that uses and I in the name and one uses an e in their name. I choose the wrong one. Watch out for scam companies. They look so real. And also

Mir ging es leider genauso, wie einer anderen Kundin. Ich habe zwei Bürsten bestellt. Mir wurde der Kaufbetrag dafür berechnet. Soweit alles in Ordnung. Dann wurden mir ein paar Tage später weitere Gebühren in Höhe von 44,99 Dollar berechnet. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das mein VIP-Abonnemnt sei, dass ich mit gebucht habe. Dies war aber nirgendwo aufgeführt oder benannt. Weder auf der Bestellseite, noch in meiner Bestellbestätigung. Auf Bitten, mir den Betrag zurückzuerstatten, habe ich bis jetzt keine Antwort erhalten. Mir bleibt nun nichts anderes übrig, als meine Kreditkarte zu sperren und eine neue zu beantragen. Dies ist eine bodenlose Frechheit

addresses, wild price mismatches, "reminder" floods, price swap into Euros?! UN-requested subscription+fee,
AI template ads-on-repeat, big give-away? Grammar. U do not need this stupid brush!

Ich habe die Werbung auf You toube und tik tok gesehen. Dann habe ich 2 Bürsten für 3 gekauft.
Der Kauf wurde auf meine Kreditkarte belastet am 02.04.2026 US$ 44.95 das war auch ok.
Aber am 09.04.2026 wurden mir 49.99 belastet einfach so. Auf nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der günstige Kauf eine VIP Mitgliedschaft von monatlich US$ 49.99 beinhaltet und man dafür die Produkte günstiger kaufen könnte.
Sie haben mir versichert, dass ich keine weiteren Belastungen mehr erhalte. Ich habe sofort Corner Card informiert und meine Kreditkarte sperren lassen.
Ich habe nochmals eine Email geschrieben und um Rückzahlung des Betrages gebeten. Wenn ich den Betrag nicht erhalte werde ich eine Kampagne starten und diesen Scam veröffentlichen und bei Tik Tok melden.
Eine absolute Frechheit.

Dont fall for it. I purchased it and got a charge for the correct amount. Then 2 days later got a charge for $49. I emailed to say they charged me twice and 2nd one was more than what id spent, which was 19. Finally after a week or more she emailed back that was for the year subscription to help you learn ways to better use and to find out about other products. I told her I want my 49 refunded immediately bc no where did it say you were getting that. And Ive not heard from her and its been another week.

ALERT! This company initially charged me more then I agreed to for shipping, so I cancelled the order immediately, next morning. Email reply from them agreed to refund charge and did not do it until I got my credit card company involved, a week later. While the dispute was occurring, they charged my card $49.99 for a subscription never mentioned during the original purchase. Began another dispute!

One week after placing an order for a brush (that I still haven’t received), there was a fraudulent charge of 49.99 USD on my credit card. Had to report it and get my credit card replaced. There was also a login attempt into my account on the same day. Do not buy from this company. They are scammers.

Be careful when purchasing from this company.

I bought a product as a one-time purchase, and there was no clear information about any VIP membership or recurring fees during checkout. A few days later, I was unexpectedly charged £39.04 without my consent.

In my opinion, this feels like an unauthorised charge and a very misleading practice. Important details about ongoing charges were not clearly disclosed, which is extremely concerning.

I strongly recommend checking your bank statements after purchasing and avoiding this company unless they improve transparency.

Total scam company.
They are using the KOJEVA logo and website information. KOJEVA is the real, legitimate company, KOJIVA is totally spoofing it. Even my invoice says KOJEVA. If you look at the return email address though, it is KOJIVA.
They sent me a totally blank invoice, with the KOJEVA logo. I looked up the KOJEVA email address, and they told me there are a number of phony companies impersonating them. I then emailed KOJIVA and requested a refund. They refused, saying my order was already in the system.
This was on March 26, 2026. On April 3, 2026 they stole $49.99 from my bank account. I contacted my bank, and they were already aware of this scam company from previous complaints. My bank has put my account on hold and are starting an investigation.
DO NOT order from this place. If you already have, contact your bank immediately. They will not send your order, and they will rip off more money from you.

A major rip off & scam ! I tried emailing several times because no phone number anywhere to be found and all I got back was an automatic response that there looking into it but NOTHING ever came of it as I demanded my money back because never received product but also they way over charged ! Their tracking system is bogus as well because no number from my order to track it with ! So a MAJOR SCAM ..

I ordered that face brush that everyone has been talking about from Kojiva, Miami beach US. I live in Australia and the postage was the same price for the product. The took $24.from my account immediately, I received no confirmation email. I waited for a week and still no email nor tracking number. I discovered that a FRAUDULENT transaction for $72. including foreign exchange rate was deducted from my bank account 3 days later 🤬. My bank fraud team took it up to investigate. I did receive a refund only bc I threatened legal action against them. I a company tries to rip you off they are classed as SCAMMERS. I DON'T recommended this company
