Still have not received order hasn’t even shipped paid for express shipping

Materials are insane and fit is definitely a look.

I have purchased over a dozen of jeans from this brand(all 203 skinnies, my favorite denim), a dozen t shirts and handful of other season specific items, quality is always top notch and i love their silhouette cuts and design language. have been a customer for a couple years now.

Ive been a customer with kollar with some time now, and have enjoyed the products.

But with my past 2 recent purchases, it just hasn't been great.

With wrong products being sent, and being told "its final sale"...and its not returnable.
How is that right? They send you the wrong product, and won't offer you a refund..that is fraud!

My recent purchase I was told by Hugh to size up as the cargos didn't have stretch in them.
So I did, and they are just too big, not he responds, 4 days after saying that I won't be getting the full refund due to shipping label fees.
My purchase was 98.01, and with attempting to do a return, it was saying I was only getting 55$ back.
It is very dissapointing to see a great clothingcompany that I use to enjoy supporting, but just not sure if I will recommend to others anymore or continue to shop here.

*Feb 22 update
I got my refund back, and they have asked me multiple times to take down this review. It's pretty crazy how a company thinks becuase they have refunded your money it means that this incident just dissapears. I have been trying to get a hold of the manager for 4 days now, and no response. I have tried to contact them through IG, and they have no response to as to why I haven't received a response yet.
I also still haven't received a personal response from this review yet, only thing I got is they asked me to take this down.
I have seen the other reviews here, and they only seem to care about the 5 star reviews.

I am 100% pleased with Kollar because of their customer service!! Hugh is one who responded back to me when I thought I wouldn't have received an email at all. So far I've purchased two items from them and the quality is great! In addition to having pieces many do not have. I will continue purchasing from this brand and for those that are reading this, I hope this review helps you lean towards giving them a shot. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! God forbid a hiccup were to occur, they'll promptly solve it. From shipping to packaging, and even deals... this brand provides high quality and checks all the boxes. Won't be disappointed.

I think this is my 5th order with Kollar. Even when I’ve made a mistake with my order details/selection they are always so prompt to respond back. It’s obvious that they have my repeat business for their style and quality of clothing. Though I have to salute the great customer service on the back-end for attributing to that loyalty too!
