What I like is the overall style, look and the comfortability, especially this model. They are the softest ones I own to date! Unparralled.

What I didn't particularly like was the inconsistency of the jeans in that they dont fit like my other 203 Skinny/Rockstars (the knee down to the calf is much wider than my others) so I will have to get them tailored to be tighter :(

I also noticed the jeans smell... almost like fish and its not going away.. I tried wearing them for some time but it hasnt gone away.

Otherwise I appreciate your brand so much and perhaps maybe in the future this is something you could address? Mainly the tightness of the jeans (I always get a size 28) and smell.

So this is my first time ordering from Kollar Clothing. I originally purchased two shirts; one that I wanted and one that I didn't want accidentally. I realized my mistake as soon as I noticed from the online receipt. I emailed the support team and explained the issue to Hugh who I believe is in charge of customer service. He was extremely helpful and was able to change my order right then and there. I was lucky enough to get both shirts I wanted today without having to wait extra time for the shirt I messed up on. Quality of their apparel is second to none. I will definitely be ordering again. Kollar Clothing is lucky to have a Hugh on their side.

Customer service helped me edit an order within a very timely manner. No matter what the issue is, I can always expect Kollar Clothing to go above and beyond for their customers.

Bought item but end up saying out of stock. Happens three times already.

Great customer service. My package was stuck with Canada post and they got the item to me ASAP. Very pleased with how everything turned out.

Got a used pair of jeans that is overstretched. Buy their items at your own risk. Kollar claims they checked but the item shows otherwise.

Got the signature croc jacket and i'm loving the quality of it. Highly recommended

This is the eight pair of jeans I own from Kollar. At this point unless another brand somehow is able to get me to risk money on them or Kollar goes to hell, Kollar will be my exclusive choice for denim jeans.

Customer service is some of the best in the business, quick to respond and clear up any issues. Have been shopping with Kollar for 5+ years now and will continue to do so.

I just got my 2nd item from Kollar clothing after a disappointing first run. And I am unfortunately still disappointed. First time round I bought the waxed aged skinny jeans and was really looking forward to wearing them. As soon as they arrived I opened them and at first touch something was really off. Not sure what they think waxed means , from the numerous pairs I own from other brands they are supposed to be soft and leathery to touch and these jeans j got had been sprayed with fabric paint which gets extremely stiff. I wore them for about 4 minutes before having to take them off due to how itchy and uncomfortable they were to wear. Chafes the skin big time, if you’re going to claim it’s waxed atleast use some degree of wax coating.. HOWEVER I will say that I really liked the cut of the jeans and the long inseam for stacking. If they weren’t so stiff and gross to touch I would’ve been happy. Also I attempted to return them and they make you pay for all the shipping etc and basically make it a pain to return so is it really a shock that people give up? Like atleast do free returns. Next I ordered the python skin leather jacket, what I got was not an item that reflected the cost… looks super cheaply made and the cut is awkward. I thought it was pleather at first but it smelled like leather so I won’t argue that. For that price I would suggest buying a leather jacket from AllSaints ; there the quality is reflected in the cost. Overall I’m just sad more than anything else, company has a great vision and a cool style just the execution is poor and shows the financial corners that have been cut.
