Easy setup.so.far, whe. The credit limit was too low for our weekly spend it was increased without drama. Recent telephone comms was quick without a long delay also.

no mention of monthly fees until you see the first invoice.

The below response from Kora is at lesat partially incorrect. The was NO mention of a monthly fee during the signing up process. It may have been buried somewhere in the Ts&Cs

To keep accounts running smoothly, payments do need to be made by the due date. If a payment becomes overdue, an account may be temporarily deactivated until the outstanding balance is cleared. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to have you with Kora.

Me and my husband are very happy

Me and my husband are very happy, as prices of Petrol going up, it is hard financially but joining Kora New Zealand helps us a lot. Excellent and happy to be a member of Kora.

I didn't realize I was going to be


I didn't realize I was going to be charged a fee on my credit card as well. This makes the savings 20% less.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry the credit card fee wasn’t clear when you signed up. This is a bank processing fee that applies when paying by credit card.
You can avoid this fee by switching your payments to direct debit, so you can get the full benefit of your Kora fuel savings.

Not the cheapest even after discount

I find that New World and sometimes, even U-Go, are is cheaper, rendering my Kora discount useless because it doesnt get used. Yet, I still have to pay a monthly subscription.

They gave you a chance to figure it out rather then threaten you with emails.

Too soon to tell

The first time I tried to use my card it didn’t work so I had to pay full price. The third time I used my card the transaction was cancelled and I had to start again. I’ve only had one experience where it worked seamlessly, but I need more of these. It would be great to have an app that allowed me to pay from the car then I wouldn’t get so wet when it rained.
