The card is convenient, the invoicing fortnightly also convenient. It’s just a shame Waitomo aren’t consistent or fair on their fuel pricing.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry the credit card fee wasn’t clear when you signed up. This is a bank processing fee that applies when paying by credit card.
You can avoid this fee by switching your payments to direct debit, so you can get the full benefit of your Kora fuel savings.
If you’d like a hand changing your payment method, our team would be happy to help.

Not the cheapest even after discount
I find that New World and sometimes, even U-Go, are is cheaper, rendering my Kora discount useless because it doesnt get used. Yet, I still have to pay a monthly subscription.

Thanks for your feedback. We totally understand that fuel prices can vary between stations, and there may be times when another station has a lower pump price. Kora is designed to give you a consistent 10c/L discount across Waitomo and Mobilcard-accepting stations nationwide, so you can save whenever it works best for you.
We appreciate you sharing your experience and being part of the Kora crew.
Great customer service
My account declined which I later found out I had typed it incorrectly but instead of just blocking the cards and sending the horrible emails everyone hates getting. I got a lovely txt that I simply replied to that I would put money on my card and then got a nice thank you.
They gave you a chance to figure it out rather then threaten you with emails.

Too soon to tell
The first time I tried to use my card it didn’t work so I had to pay full price. The third time I used my card the transaction was cancelled and I had to start again. I’ve only had one experience where it worked seamlessly, but I need more of these. It would be great to have an app that allowed me to pay from the car then I wouldn’t get so wet when it rained.
