They send me unsolicited SPAM.

I ORDERED ONLINE FOR AN ITEM NOT AVAILABLE IN THE UK..

WHEN IT CONFIRMED HOW MUCH I WAS TO OAY ON MY VISA, IT GIVE ME A FIXED AMOUNT!
HOWEVER, ONCE THE CHARGE WAS PROCESSED KOSAS ADDED OVER £10 for so called fees to mail to the UK .
I DID NOT AUTHORISE THAT AMOUNT..THEY ADDED IT LATER SURUPTITIOUSLY.

I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THEM VIA CHAT AND WAS ASSURED THE SALE WOULD BE CANCELLED AND I WOULD BE REFUNDED…
THAT NEVER HAPPENED AND WHEN I MESSAGED TO FOLLOW UP THEY SAID IT WAS TO LATE AS IT HAS NOW BEEN MAILED.

I HAVE CONTACTED MY BANK AND THEY SAY THAT THIS IS BANK FRAUD!

THIS IS A SHAME AS I LIBE THE MAKEUP BUT I WILL NEVER, EVER BUYNFROM THEM AGAIN..

PLEASE PASS ON THIS STORY AS IT WILL SAVE OTEHR MAKEUP LOVERS MUCH GRIEVE AND MONEY

I had swollen face after using this product.

My BB Burst arrived a while ago, and I've tried everything to get it to work, but nothing helps. First of all, it arrived completely split in two, and there's no way to fix that! Secondly, no matter what skincare routine I use underneath (and I've tried a lot), it pills terribly—it's a disaster! And I apply it carefully with my fingers! It's outrageous to sell a product like this, especially at such a high price. I won't hesitate to post more reviews online.

Ma BB Burst est arrivé depuis un moment et j'ai vraiment tout essayé pour qu'elle fonctionne mais rine n'y fait. Déjà elle est arrivés complètement bi-phasé, impossible de corriger cela ! Ensuite peut importe la routine de soin que je met en dessous (et j'en ai essayé), elle bouloche atrocement c'est une catastrophe, pourtant je l'applique bien au doigts ! C'est une autre de vendre un produit pareil surtout à un pris aussi élevé. Je ne vais plus hésiter à mettre des commentaires en ligne.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. My concealer lid completely came apart out of the blue (others have reported same issue online), photographic evidence supplied. They sent me back to the third party retailer I bought it from (why when it’s your manufacturing/products that are faulty?)

After being told it was a Kosas issue by the retailer, I went back to Kosas and was told nothing could be done as they thought it was purchased over 6 months ago. When I pointed out it was less than 6 months they then said nothing can be done as it’s over 30 days. Feels like they just made up whatever rules they wanted just to get rid of me.

Asked to escalate my complaint and this request was completely ignored. I would absolutely go elsewhere for your cosmetics.

I am a repeat customer of Kosas skin revealing foundation. My recent purchase of it, the lid has broken meaning I cannot press down to close, otherwise, the foundation spills out. I contacted Kosas Customer Service, who apologised and then asked for proof, I forwarded 3 very clear pics of the faulty bottle.
Following my submission of this I chased my query again, I was then asked to supply proof of purchase - which isn't necessary considering I have supplied details of their faulty goods. Over a week and am still awaiting an outcome to a simple query! All I want is a replacement NOTHING MORE, OR LESS! This is not a complex, lengthy, unreasonable or unrealistic problem to sort. Not a great customer service experience, which is a real shame as I really do love the products of which I have several across the range. Less stalling please, more SORTING!

Never shop on TikTok! Always takes forever to deliver. As soon as you order they pretend they have shipped so any requests for cancellation is ignored.
Kosas emailed me they would contact me about my request to cancel my order...they DID NOT! Instead they shipped it so that I will have to pay return shipping - hoping to deter returns I'm sure. Never again! I will review the actual items when I get them IF I decide not to return-depends on the shipping costs! They don't care what we think--they don't even look at the reviews! Stay away from KOSAS and TikTok!!!

Love the lipstick. Hate customer service. Contacted them immediately after placing my online order to upgrade shipping as I realized it won’t arrive before I leave. No deal. Absolutely no flexibility, no help and no they can’t process it as a refund until it arrives, after I’ve left. Phone number appears to be disconnected. Never had this problem before. Never will buy again!

Hands down the worst custom service I've ever dealt with. Their policy right on there website says I can request cancellation within first hour after purchase. I received confirmation emial 40 minutes later, that they would be getting to me shortly

I finally got in touch when they opened, and because waiting for them to open exceeded an hour, they said there is nothing they can do. I will never shop here again

Like many others, my face and neck broke out in a severe, itchy rash from using the 'Revealer Skin-Improving Foundation SPF 25'. If you go to the Kosas website and read the 1 star reviews you'll see at least 176 other customers had the same issue as me. I spent 4 months with this problem coming and going, not knowing it was the foundation. I had repeat DR appointments, blood tests, with no clear reason to why it was happening.

Kosas claim "We take this very seriously as performed safety testing with a 3rd party lab" but provide no evidence of the claims and no supporting information on when the tests are run. They have since ghosted me despite telling me they had escalated my case with senior management LOL.

The foundation only started giving me this reaction 1 year into use (it was still in date for another 6 months). They clearly are not testing it during the products lifespan.

Negligent company selling dangerous products. They refuse to confront the fact their products are causing genuine harm.

Unfortunately the lowest rating I could give it was 1 star. I purchased the brow/lash serum after reading about the great ingredients. I started using it on my lashes as directed, every night for 10 days. After 10 days I noticed my eyelashes were getting shorter than they were before using this product! I sent several emails, calling was useless, relating this and still have not received a reply. Instead, Kosas sends me emails touting different products.

I had a few questions and issues with my order, and the customer service replied with helpful information and solutions within 48 hours on business days. Very satisfied with the service I received, I would definitely recommend this website

The mascara is absolutely dreadful. It is labelled ‘Long wear’ but is really not even functioning as ordinary mascara. It smeared all down my face within an hour- it shouldn’t be being sold. I really think it ought to be recalled. The company had no interest whatsoever in helping me with my issue- which I truly believe is a valid one. I will never use them or Naturisimo again and I would just warn others about this as they are charging fairly high prices.

horrible experience with customer support. They won’t reply to my emails. Only when I commented under an instagram post to please get back to me they reached out via DM to ask for my email. I gave it and guess what. Nothing. Still they won’t reply and help me. Be careful when you order because if you encounter an issue they won’t get back to you to reply.

I bought the skin-improving foundation SPF 25 and it’s been ok so far, my skin doesn’t break out. It’s too oily for me though! And the smell isn’t pleasant! It’s not bad but for the price I’d expect it to be better!

KOSAS BB BURST TINTED GEL CREAM 30ML.

The day after I used this, my face became itchy and small bumps began appearing on the side of my face, both left and right. This was Friday 12 April. Saturday 13 April, woke up even worse. Hot to touch, taking antihistamine tablets. Today Monday 15th April, still the same, and now looking to seek a doctors appointment as I feel I need something stronger. Would not recommend this Kosas product.

Having now done my research, I see that other people have had a similar experience.

I have always had a great experience ordering from Kosas. When I didn't like an item one time, they gave me an immediate refund and I was told to keep the item anyway.

I’m not sure what happened to them but I ordered previously and liked the products, so several months later, purchased again. Their website says they ship in 2-3 business days and the products arrive in 5-7 business days. Unlike the first time, they didn’t ship on time, and never responded to any of my inquiries. I tried email, voicemail, even messaged them on Instagram. No response. After the 7th business day and still no response, I got worried and contacted my credit card company. It would have been fine if they had just responded and said sorry for the delay, your order will ship soon, but they didn’t respond at all. I had placed several orders the same day to other online stores, and Kosas (based locally, just 2 hours from me), was the only company that didn’t ship anything out. Even items that I had ordered from China arrived by that time, so I don’t understand why Kosas couldn’t ship out, or at the very least, respond to my inquiries.

The colors you have are great. The issue is the applicator. It doesn't work after the 4th time. The oil leaks all around the closing... Its leaked into my bag, on my clothes.. Just adjust the applicator and the leaking. I have written several reviews about this.

I had an allergic reaction to the foundation. Horrible prickly, itchy sensation all over my face. I’ve never experienced it before and the chemist said it was contact dermatitis. Don’t know what ingredients Kosas uses but stay clear!!!
