This brand is a joke. My package never arrived, I followed every instruction they gave, and the moment it was time for them to actually help, they vanished. No resolution, no accountability — just an automated “rate our support” email like they did something. They ignored me, wasted my time, and left me to deal with the mess myself. Absolutely embarrassing customer service.

Worst experience ever. This brand is a fraud. They will never deliver your order and instead resolving your cocern they will accuse you of being lying. Pathetic customer service. I wqnt my order or refund it.

I purchased an over priced vanity case for my daughter for Christmas from Saie direct. She opened it Christmas Day and was upset it was damaged. The lid had been cracked through every layer/lining and is very visible
My daughter immediately emailed with all the photos snd has emailed several times since via email and social media. Not one response nothing. It cost £47.00!!! As Mum i am taking over as we are nearly 3 weeks in with no response at all. Totally appalling. Dont waste your money on overpriced poorly made tat.

My daughter received two of the exact same cosmetic bags for Christmas this year and when I reached out to customer service to return one (unopened) they said all sales are final. This is ridiculous for a cosmetic bag. This isn’t a make up that can’t be resold. Just lost a customer .

Horrible return policy. You have to read all the FAQs to understand which items are non-returnable. Even unopened. Will never shop here again.

I purchased from Cult Beauty the Saie foundation and primer and honestly I do not think they are of very good quality. The primer does not really do much. It does not give you glow, nor does it feel moistening. The foundation is even worse. It doesn't give you much coverage, feels cheap and has a lot of texture when you apply even though it's really watery. And it does not blend well. I have used cheaper products that work better. I would not recommend.

I had an item that arrived damaged (clearly melted in shipping). I contacted customer service for over two weeks with no reply whatsoever. There is no direct number, only one email no one responds to. I ultimately needed to contact my credit card company for goods damaged in arrival to resolve due to nonexistent customer service.
This was over one month ago and still no reply from customer service.
Genuinely the worst customer experience from any order or company, honestly wonder how this company is still in business.

I love summer fridays so much! the lip balms are so amazing and keeps my lips moisturize all day! the smell so good!

I tried their Glowy Super Gel Lightweight Dewy Highlighter and I will never use another highlighter again. I received compliments on how natural and dewy it looks that many of my friends have purchased it as well and are huge fans of how easy it is to put on! I also love that it's a clean beauty brand so it doesn't irritate my skin.
