Horrible customer service, no assistance with returns. Don’t waste your time, there’s no returns if you don’t like anything. They take so long to respond that you loose your return window.

Jewellery bought has no 14 k seal on it and I am sure there are no diamonds on it. Paid $600 AUD . I should have done my due diligence - this company is fraudulent in advertising product as solid 14 k gold product, no certificate of authenticity was provided . The jewellery is quite small and product extremely cheap looking .steer clear

Is gewoon chinese troep, kun je beter bij aliexpress kopen, zelfde sieraden maar veel goedkoper.

Hele slechte ervaring.

Retourneren raadt het bedrijf zelf niet aan.
Ze geven als reden dat retourneren duurder is dan het houden van het product.
Zou zo je voor retourkosten en invoerrechten moeten betalen, ze geven aan dat dit duurder is dan mijn bestelling van 60 euro houden (?!)

Als "oplossing" geven ze aan dat je de originele bestelling moet betalen (in mijn geval dus 60 euro) en dat wanneer je een nieuw item besteld, je 20% korting krijgt + een voucher van 10 euro.
Het zou dan gaan om 60 euro + ongeveer 44 euro, en dit is goedkoper dan retourneren en het artikel ruilen??

Verder is het telkens 1-2 dagen wachten op een reactie per mail.

Waardeloos "bedrijf"!

Très déçue, qualité médiocre et service après-vente inexistant !

J’ai commandé plusieurs bijoux plaqués or 18 carats et tous se sont rapidement détériorés malgré un usage très soigneux : oxydation, ternissement du métal, et strass qui se décollent en un rien de temps.

J’ai contacté le service client en fournissant des photos pour prouver l’état des bijoux, mais aucune solution satisfaisante n’a été proposée. Ils refusent tout remboursement ou échange, même partiel, en prétextant un usage inapproprié alors que j’ai scrupuleusement suivi leurs recommandations.

Le service après-vente est tout simplement déplorable : réponses automatiques, manque d’empathie, et refus systématique de reconnaître leurs responsabilités.

À fuir absolument ! La qualité ne vaut clairement pas le prix, et en cas de problème, vous serez laissés sans solution.

I bought 3 14k gold flat back earings. The delivery was so quick and I reside in Australia. The jewellry itself very beautiful, though smaller than I expected. I thought 1 piece was faulty as I was having trouble screwing it in so contacted customer service, tbey got back to me within a few hours with a very nice email and asked for a video. Upon retrying, it turns out the product was not faulty after all, just a bit fiddly due to being so tiny. I have just ordered more pieces, very happy with quality and service all round

I purchased 5 of these. One day of use & my ear lobes are both red and yellow crust infection formed. Do not recommend

Ik wacht langer dan 3 maanden op mijn bestelling nooit binnen gekregen ook niet mijn geld terug ongvangen het zijn oplichters niet bestellen mensen!

I placed an order and paid for it, I never received the order cuz it got lost on the way some how.
They won’t give me my money back or help me, I've written several emails and now they’re just ignoring me.

This place is a scam. Put in an order and never received the product. There is no customer service. They do not do refunds.

Bestel absoluut niet op deze site!! Al twee maanden aan het wachten op mijn bestelling van 40 euro. 3 paar oorbellen. Bestelling zal nooit aankomen! Geen reacties op mails waar mijn bestelling zou blijven. Ze geven je geld niet terug. Waardeloze site. Bestel hier niet op mensen!!!
