i recently bought jewelry from kosiner . every piece is very beautiful. i really like the way my custom made necklace turned out .

I think I love their ring and studs so much, I have bought them twice, and it's really catch eyes when take photos, the earrings are actually silver, my ear is comfortable, and work daily and wearing one of the studs I bought, it was beautiful and convenience^ ^

i loved the quality of their jewelry, at first i was skeptical but you don't know before you try it right? so here i am. huge recommendation for this brand from me

I ordered over 60$ worth of merchandise which never arrived and I contacted kosiner via email, fb messenger, their website over 10+ times and have never received a response. It has been over 220 days and I have neither had a response or refund. Horrible customer service, experience, lost money, would not ever buy again or recommend Kosiner.

worst online shopping experience ever. This company falsely advertises their products. They are nothing like their images online. The material is cheap and craftsmanship is horrendous. By earrings broke first time opening the hinge, before I even put them on. Customer support is absent, and when they do reply I cannot comprehend what they are trying to say as they use broken English.

The shipping took over 3 months to arrive!!! Shipped from China using the cheapest, non trackable option.

I can’t believe the is company still exists. They are scammers based in China that directly steals designs and images from other companies and uses it on their website. Some of the stolen images used on their Instagram isn’t even for sale, just directly reposting others hard work as their own. Their old website got taken down by Shopify now their “new” scam website is hosted somewhere in China. Their new tactic is to photoshop other peoples jewellery and combine it onto another photo. What a joke.

Various jewellery stores have already filed legal actions against them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Después de tanto esperar las joyas no duraron ni una semana!!! Se le cayeron los brillantes y perdieron el baño parecen joyas CHINAS de pésima calidad!

Espero nadie compre en esta tienda porque es una tomadura de pelo, estafan a los compradores y tardan siglos en responder!

Don’t waste your money on these people. They false advertise and the products are completely different to the images you see online. The products themselves are very low quality and shipping takes months to arrive. They are obviously operating in a scam like manner.

This is by far the worst jewellery store I have ever seen. I shop regularly online for jewellery and clothes and came across this store on Instagram. I recognized the images they were using from some of my favourite stores. I confronted them and got no replies. They are stealing other peoples intellectual property to use as their “own” and pretending to be something they are no. Do not trust your money with them, otherwise you will regret it.

El envío lentísimo, casi 3 semanas para recibir las joyas.

Son joyas chinas que se les va el baño a las 2 semanas.

Luego además si quieres devolver las joyas, tienes que enviarlas de vuelta a China, con lo que no esperes que te devuelvan el dinero, porque es más caro el envío que lo que te devuelven.

Una ESTAFA en toda regla. Mucho CUIDADO con esta página.
