all goods not received, can NOT get it resolved with them after many weeks of email attempts and now taking it to Consumer Affairs.
Quality is not the best, can get better candle warmers elsewhere for alot less.

Exceptionally slow response time. Missing free candle. Ruby red colour not as shown. Lamp arrived scuffed. Now not working after three uses.
Customer service insists on unit being sent back, despite no longer having box and no way to return.
Avoid at all expenses - it’s drop shipped product that you can get for 25% of the price from Amazon. I feel exceptionally ripped off

The product is nice but expensive. I specifically placed my order at the higher price because it was advertised as including a luxury candle & I thought it was an Australian company.
The order took a long time to arrive, and the candle was missing. I have emailed multiple times asking about it and have received no response.
The silence is incredibly disappointing. At this point, I don’t believe I’m going to receive the candle I was promised. A company should honour what it advertises and, at the very least, respond to its customers.

My order arrived and was missing the candle and light bulbs. I notified them immediately and was promised these missing items would be sent. A month later and still nothing. I have made several attempts to contact them via instagram as well which they have also ignored. In addition you can get this lamp at half the price on other sites! Total rip off

Be careful with this brand! Order came from China in an unbranded box, it did not include a candle (website says it includes a $50 candle), it and it looks 100% like the $20 ones sold by Alibaba AND they blocked me from instagram after I commented on their post

I absolutely love my KozyLume candle warmer! It works exactly as expected, makes my house smell amazing, and I’ve already had a few compliments on it. Shipping took about 9 days.

Extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the complete lack of customer service from KozyLume. The product broke within just one month of receiving it, which is completely unacceptable given the price point and the way the product is advertised.

What has made this experience even worse is the company’s total disregard for customer support. We have made six separate attempts over the past six months to request either a replacement or refund for this faulty item and have received absolutely no resolution. In one instance, our message was clearly read and deliberately ignored. We have attempted contact through email, their support page and complaint form on their website, social media, and reviews, all of which have resulted in no communication or meaningful response whatsoever.

Most recently, we attempted to contact the sales support email address advertised on their website, only for the email to bounce back with a “Email Not Found” notification. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy and accessibility of their customer support.

This item was purchased as a Christmas present, making the entire experience even more disappointing and frustrating. I have only given this company one star because there is no option to give zero stars. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage potential customers to avoid purchasing from this company, as there appears to be little to no after-sales support if something goes wrong.

Lamp arrived broken and company have been absolutely uncontactable since across multiple different platforms, very disappointing

The first one they sent me did not work but they did send me a second one that did perfectly, so appreciate that but also would've appreciated a heads up that they were doing that. The lamp has a nice warm lighting and does look like the photos. Can confirm it heats up cheese (as well as candles!). Also appreciate the toggle switch that allows you to toggle the strength of the lamp/bulb. However, the varnish/finish on the wooden base hasn't been taken to the edge in some areas so you can feel rough, uneven wood. The lamp comes with one bulb, not two as stated on website. Height clearance is about ~12cm so doesn't fit some of my taller candles.

I posted this review to their website as well but I have yet to see it surfaced. Overall though, for this price point I would expect better quality re the unfinished wood.
