My experience with KPL Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. was not what I expected. Communication and access to my website were ongoing challenges, and support did not meet my needs. I would advise others to ensure they have full control and clear agreements in place before moving forward.

There is a documented disconnect between performance metrics and promotions. Advancement opportunities are consistently awarded based on "personal proximity" to leadership rather than professional output or leadership capability.

Company send regularly unsolicited emails, even we ask multiple times not to do so. the emails do NOT have an "unsubscribe", so they are against the law. This goes on for some years now.

I got an unsolicited email from these folks asking me about SEO. I responded with a brief list of our needs. I set up a meeting, and the person I spoke with was explaining how "broken" my site was and how this affected functionality, response time, etc. Turns out, they had the wrong site. "Call you back in 10 minuets" now, someone else is on with me, telling me the exact same thing, very scripted. The more questions I asked, the more BS I heard. None of my questions were answered; I was simply talked over and eventually jumped up on. This company is nothing but a group of scammers from India. They try and throw some nonsensical buzzwords around, but the reality is they have NO clue what they are doing. They just want your money. Stay as far away from these scammers as you can.

When asked to remove me from their database they do not reply!

Looks like they do not even read email!

KPL has helped us improve our key word ranking on Google, with multiple key words moving many to the first page. They have improved our SEO ranking.
The fees are reasonable and their is not contractual relationship.

It's great to have a team that communicates directly. I had previous SEO provider and all they did was charge me and never could get them to show up to our meetings. I have worked with Ryan and he has been prompt and even proactive with certain issues. I am very happy with the courtesy, respect, assistance, and industry knowledge.

Do not use these guys. They know how to write fake reviews too so be cautious about any good reviews. I am in the tech space and i can tell you they just string you along but actually accomplish nothing that is meaningful. They will just take your money and show you little progress to keep taking your money. We have actually been very patient too. Shane Brown was our point of contact so stay cear him too.

KPL continues to harass me after telling them many times that I am not interested in their services. They are phoning me on a private line. When I asked to speak to a supervosor the attendant was offensive. This is NOT the type of company to engage with. I am proceeding with a formal compkaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Chris is awesome, couldn't ask for anyone better. He actually keeps me on my toes with things he thinks needs to be done. He's great! He's thorough and very smart.

Do not trust this company. We hired them for our SEO, and we did not continue with them after the first month because we were not happy. Several of the things they did for us had to be redone because they had wrong information; they did fix it, so that's why I'm giving them two stars. But after we canceled with them, I found they still charged us for two more months, and I cannot get anyone to talk with to try to get my money back.

Sabrina Collins was great. She showed up on time, she worked very hard and was a very quick learner.

She always asked what else she could do, or if I needed anything else done.

I wish she could have got more leads converted, but I never gave her a script and she still got some leads.

Communication is great with this company and they are very flexible to giving you what you need, within your budget.

I highly recommend. Especially if you could get them to work full time.

This is my second month using this company, so far, I am satisfied with the services. My VA, Shane Brown is great! He is professional, timely and detailed oriented.
