I'm a licensed realtor in the state of ohio. I had an untimely departure of a VA and had a void to fill ASAP where my business was at its peak for the year. I was contacted via email by a Rosie Miller. The contents of the email was intriguing and it seemed to be perfect. I ended up bringing a VA that calls herself Michelle Smith. I was told that I was the only client that she would be working for. That was absolutely false where she would place a so call assistant in her place. The services of this VA was $900 per month for 40 hours. During this time, I noticed that Michelle was working for various entities and the production was very minimum. After 28 days, I stated that this is not working out and per contract, we need to cease relationship. Of course you know it, my colleague's credit card was charged for $900 again and this company refuses do provide a refund!! My colleague had to close the account where this scam of a company cannot be trusted.

A professional review: I am in Digital Marketing from last 7 years and this is my honest review for KPL Solution: BEWARE, IT'S A SCAM. I wish I could give less then 0 star to these fraud company, I worked with them for 3 months and 0 RESULTS. They don't know a single thing about SEO!. The client was in Australia and they researched keywords for South Africa (even a person with no experience would know that). They just pulled report from the free tools and sent it to me.
After 15 days they understood the real website URL is not what they were working with even when it was clearly mentioned.
They wrote blogs and the content quality was very lower quality since the writers did not do any research on the client's business.
They prepared a competitors report from multiple countries (the client was in Australia and they compared our website with a UK and Canada websites/competitors when the business was local)
Their keywords research included 75% keywords with Brand names which were already ranking (why would someone pay you for the work that has been already done).
They posted things for the client without any approval.
I HAVE ALL THE SCREEN SHOTS INCASE IF ANYONE NEEDS MORE PROOF
Getting work done from them is equal to throwing money and then spending more money to cleanup their mess.

Update: KPL replied below and since I can not reply for some reason, I am going to edit this. You are asking me about date of experience and services I took when both of those things mentioned already in the review which show another shortcomings of your team that you either you can’t understand a review or you didn’t read it fully.

On 08/29/2021 I discussed with Jonathan Wick of KPL Tech Solutions set up a “custom website” for a total of $700.00 and having them perform regular SEO google optimization services ($350.00/month) on a month to month (no contract) basis. On 08/30/2021 the first 30-day payment of $350.00 was deducted from my BOA business account.
Then on 09/07/2021 a $500.00 charge was executed and on 10/21/2021 another $200.00 (totaling $700.00 for the custom website) was charged for the completion of the website. Since the website was completed I have investigated and found that KPL Tech Solutions simply used a standard $50.00 template on Word Press, instead of a custom site that would provide specific business content for prospects. KPL charged me $700.00 when I could have simply signed on with WP, purchasing my own space and template for under $100.00. KPL bought a cheap template and simply plugged in my company information with no customization, as Jonathan had agreed to do. I already had a WIX site that was paid for a year in advance with its own template. Instead of using what I already paid for they plugged in their Word Press page, which I have no control over.
On 10/04/2021 Jonathan Wick called me to discuss the progress of my website and the promised optimization, and then on this date I was charged $200.00 and was told much later that it was for “SEO consultation”. I did not authorize this charge, nor did I receive any consultation. It was simply a verbal report by Jonathan regarding the SEO progress.
I have since investigated my Google ranking for Taskman Home Services LLC and have found that my business name “has no Google ranking at all”, even though I paid KPL $1,050.00 (#3-$350.00 payments on the dates of; 08/30, 09/28, 10/26) in a 90 day period, showing absolutely no progress.
KPL Tech Solutions uses deceptive and dishonest methods to unfairly charge for services they have not provided.

I have not, nor will I use this company, simply because of their marketing tactics. They "cold call" (email) companies and refuse to take them off the email list when requested. I have gotten multiple emails over the past few months, even though I have repeatedly asked to be removed. If they're breaking the law to this degree (CAN-SPAM Act of 2003), then I can't even imagine how dodgy they would be if I signed up and gave them my card info.

No thanks. Hard pass.

Edit to respond to reply from business: thank you for the reply...the better part of TWO YEARS later. I blocked the sender and moved on a long time ago from this. It was literally the only way it was going to stop. (5/8/24)

There is no ZERO star here otherwise I would have given that, STOP!!!!!! STOP !!!! STOP!!!!! . They just want your money. Paid upfront as they insisted on that , I was told website will be ready in 4 weeks , now in the 5th month no website and no refund.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY, OR ANY OTHER COMPANY IN INDIA!!

Please Stay away from this company , This is a very dodgy company, I’m still trying to get a refund back. After I paid I gave them delegate access level 2 which is all they need to do my SEO work. Luke kept telling me he needed my full log in details which I refused because this level would give him access to my financial details. I became suspicious at this point and contacted my hosting company who advised me not to give those details to anyone because it is not required.

They say they will refund me as requested but to date I haven’t seen my money yet.

SCAM-two months of payment $300 and NOTHING in return.

To anyone looking for SEO and digital marketing services. Do NOT use KPL Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. They are a fraudulent company that I paid to do SEO and digital marketing. They provided poor quality of work without the oversight I was promised, didn’t deliver what I was told would be delivered, charged a second month for services without my authorization, did no work for the money they took the second month (without authorization), and then blocked my email and never refunded my money or completed work they were paid for. This company is dishonest and produced unprofessional work.

SCAM! Stay away and don't give them any login info!

I needed a second website because my business is seasonal plus Covid has taken a toll. KPL Tech Solutions TEAM got on top of my SEO from day one and created a spread with dozens of link points and other optimization factors that increased my google ranking much sooner than expected. The team put in the hours and effort to give my new website the timely exposure it needed. The results have gone beyond average expectations so i feel that i’ve received the best “value” for the money spent. Thanks guys!!

Their team was great at what they do and got me a lot more sign ups for my 20 min call. I just kept pushing off SEO and KPL made is super easy.

We used KPL Tech Solutions for our website and SEO needs. Jonathon and his team are very professional, detail oriented and do a great job each and every time.
Do yourself a favor and use KPL for all of your website and SEO needs.

Price was right so I decided to give them a shot and I was happy with the final result! Took a bit longer than expected but that the end the wait was worth it!
