Everyone at Krikawa were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They kept me informed at every step in the decision making process, allowing me to feel like I made the best choice possible for the ring I chose. I recieved pictures at different stages of its development allowing me to see what it would look like. I highly recomend Krikawa to anyone who wants a one of a kind ring for their future bride and btw, she LOVES it!!

i have had a beautiful ring for years except the issue I ran into was when I asked to resize they said they could not resize palladium. i had no idea that I could not resize the palladium. the only solution is to remake the ring which to me just add another major expense. not ideal

Some people will take the time to write a strongly worded negative review about poor service that they received, but very few will spend their time expressing their thoughts when things go right and I'm talking about listing more detail than just a 5 star review and two words saying "Great Service!".

In a nutshell, I had a to file a claim with Jeweler's Mutual. The process was AWFUL and I DON'T recommend using them unless you just enjoy being extremely irritated and like to drag things out for 6+ months - your choice - I don't have a horse in this race. Moving on, I wanted Krikawa to modify an existing piece from their catalog and we started the process with the insurance company. I know a lot of back and forth took place with the insurance company, on Krikawa's side as well as mine. My patience was worn thin, but Krikawa never showed any signs of annoyance. During this time, I dealt with Elle and Mica - Both were an absolute pleasure to speak with during this process. When we reached obstacles with the insurance company, LeCarie was there to smooth things out and ensure that we were back on track. Krikawa was phenomenal with keeping me up to date on the status of the claim and ring production and they were extremely patient with me as I threw question after question at them regarding all aspects of the ring design and fitment. To make things even more difficult on their end, I needed the ring by a certain date. They were able to complete the ring far before the deadline. The presentation of the ring in their custom box was stunning and it was honestly the most beautiful ring I had ever seen. A few days after receiving the ring, I called them up to ask for an extra personal request. LeCarie and I discussed what my desire was and I sent it back knowing that she would be able to make it happen. A week later, I received the ring back and was overjoyed to see that they were able to do exactly what I had requested and although I had offered to pay for this extra service, there was no charge. Although insurance basically paid for 95% of ring, what Krikawa did for me was more than just provide an immaculately designed ring that I will be wearing until I leave this planet. They proved to me that they truly are custom jewelers (I've had bad experiences with other so-called "custom" jewelers in the past). They went above and beyond what a customer would expect. They showed that they truly care about what they do and this was reflected with every email and phone call during the entire process and it was definitely reflected in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. As a shaman, psychic and energy healer, I can feel energy and I KNOW what went into the creation of this ring. It's because of these things that I no longer have any desire to try to find another custom jeweler because I know that whatever my future requests are, they can do it or they'll figure out a way to do it. They have my business for life.

I was anxious because this was my first order from here. However, it will not be my last because I received an Amazing ring.

The quality is great! And I was impressed by the fact that there are so many luxurious decorations with stones of unusual colors. This is really something unusual and bright. It's so unique and brilliant. I love it!

Krikawa was my first stop when shopping for engagement rings. I fell in love with their "Juicy" design- "Beware the Juicy"! And because it was my first stop, I shopped every jeweler in my city. When I say every jeweler...literally EVERY jeweler. My custom design needed to include diamonds from my future mother-in-law's heirloom ring and mesh with the "Juicy" design. From picking the quality of the center diamond to the details of the micro-pinning of the pave stones, the quality, craftsmanship and service, just weren't comparable to anyone else. I worked with Sandrine, and Lisa the designer, along with Ryan the production specialist who kept me informed every step of the process. I thank you and your team for all you did to make this possible and make my vision a reality. Thank you from the bottom of my heart- I couldn't be more happy with the final result. You all rock! From the very start of the process I felt extremely valued and taken care of. I worked closely with Tyler who I felt was very personal and spoke like a real person, not some fake retailer. I felt reassured with every step of the process and got constant updates on the status of the wedding set I had made for us. They used excellent visual aids and were always very thoughtful with all of the details. I'd highly recommend using their service. It does come at a premium, but I'd rather pay for quality than risk having anything less than perfect.

The rings themselves were stunning. My fiancé was absolutely shocked with how beautiful and elegant our rings were. The design was flawless and the presentation was beautiful.
