Nice wig, great quality but colour difference. In video mocha colour much darker with limited cream highlights. In reality, this wig received mainly cream with minimal brown mocha. No returns policy.

The service as usual is brilliant but the wig has changed considerably?
There is not as much hair, it is very thin around ear tabs and hair line and the lace is very flimsy now, just feels like a totally different wig, such a shame, I have bought around 5 and won’t be chancing it again.
Again service excellent

Hi Sian,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm glad to hear you are happy with the service you have received from us.
I'm sorry to hear you are not entirely satisfied with this wig you received on this occasion. I am surprised to be hearing about this first via your review as I have not received any correspondence from you otherwise with your concerns. That would have given us the opportunity to discuss this and address the areas of concern with the manufacturer.
Wig/topper/hair piece manufacturers can allow for a 5-10% variance in density, weight, colour distribution and wave pattern between pieces, particularly when elements of the piece have been hand made/hand tied during production.
If you have any further questions please do contact us via the website.
Kind regards,
Kristina.
I had a great experience
I had a great experience. Krystina is so lovely and professional. She made me feel comfortable and well looked after. It was great to see the colours of the hair in person. I would highly recommend going to see her.

Great product choice and website
Great product choice and website. It would be great if the phone lines were manned but I suppose prices would have to increase then.

Hi Lynn,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
We do receive a high volume of enquiries and strive to answer them, from within our small team, as soon as possible.
We are a small business and are not blessed with multiple team members looking after individual areas. We wish to focus on offering excellent service, remaining knowledgeable and passionate from your first contact to the last, so this may of course mean we take a little longer than others.
As our business continues to grow hopefully so will our team!
Kind regards,
Kristina.
Amazing result
Did an amazing job of rejuvenating my fairly old wig with a re-colour and styling. Looked brand new when it came back :)

Very happy with the hair topper
Very happy with the hair topper, but I had no reply to my email or phone call, topper arrived in just over a week so was quite quick. I would have given 5 stars if communication was better.

Hi Annie,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
I can see that your order was dispatched 3 days after you placed your order as we were able to order it in quickly from the supplier.
In the current climate with many items out of stock and on long back order due to Covid effecting factory production, it was good that your item was in stock and available so soon.
I can also see that you did email us on the day of dispatch asking for an update on your order so there was some crossover. Due to the high volume of orders and enquiries we receive it can take us a few working days to get the current stock status on orders and update our customers accordingly.
Please let us know if you need any assistance with a future order. We can answer any questions you have prior to placing an order.
Kind regards,
Kristina.

I am very disappointed because I asked questions which were not answered about the wig sizes I understand some wigs and makes are bigger fitting, the wig I ordered is too small. Having tried to contact you again, you refuse a return or refund so I have just wasted my money!

Hi Mrs Atkinson,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
We did not receive any queries from you regarding the item in this order, however, I do recall our communication in February when you let me know your cap measurements and confirmed you are a large cap size. You informed me at that time that you would stick with toppers for now until you can try some wigs on, being a large cap size. You then went on to place this order with us for an average size cap, which of course would be too small for you.
We do urge, as per any online purchase from any retailer, that customers take the opportunity to discover important aspects of their purchase, such as the returns policy, before committing. You agreed to these terms when you placed the order.
We do offer online consultations to assist customers in making a choice before purchasing. If you like to use this service in future please contact us to arrange an appointment.
Kind regards,
Kristina.
