Nice wig, great quality but colour difference. In video mocha colour much darker with limited cream highlights. In reality, this wig received mainly cream with minimal brown mocha. No returns policy.

Hi Glynis,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
You said in your email to us after you received your order that you had ordered a large wig. As we said in our response to you the wig you ordered is an average size cap and this information is in the product description on the website. I'm not sure why you were expecting a large cap. We discussed your order prior to us dispatching it as your original colour choice was out of stock for some time and you chose an alternative. At no point during our correspondence did you mention you needed a large cap.
Our returns policy is available to view on our website and you agreed to the terms of sale at the checkout when you placed the order. We do urge, as per any online purchase from any retailer, that customers take the opportunity to discover important aspects of their purchase before placing their order.
Should you need any assistance prior to placing a future order please do get in touch.
Kind regards,
Kristina.
Speedy delivery.

Fabulous service, bought a Belle Tress topper it came quickly, and I was so pleased with it I bought 4 more. Everyone has been commenting on how nice my hair looks, the topper is so natural looking ,nobody has guessed I am wearing a little help to make it look that way.
Will certainly recommend, and use Kristina’s company again

Hello BB,
We received a query from you on September 18th regarding the item you received on September 8th and the concerns you have regarding the quality of the piece.
I replied to you on September 21st with some information and requested some photos so that we can forward them and your concerns to the manufacturer. This will give us an opportunity to discuss the query with them and consider the next steps. As you are in Mauritius, should the item need to be returned to the manufacturer in Europe for inspection we would need to decide of the best course of action.
We are yet to receive a reply from you and the photos requested. It would have been good to see your query through to completion before receiving this review from you.
Please contact us should you wish to continue with your query.
Kind regards,
Kristina.
