We do receive a high volume of enquiries and strive to answer them as soon as possible. We answer customers in turn.

I can see your order was cancelled within the timeframe stated in our company policy. This is available to read on our website. It's worth checking before informing businesses you'll be doing a credit card chargeback.

Hi Ginger,

As you were made aware, your item needed to be ordered in the from the main manufacturer in the USA. Our supplier initially advised us it would take 1-2 weeks. We did send you an update email on 22nd September to let you know our UK supplier had not yet received the shipment from the USA and it would be the following week (which it was and your order was dispatched as soon as it arrived here).

We are at the mercy of the chain of supply and we rely on the information being passed down to us and the efficiency of shipping services. We do our best to get items for our customers as soon as possible.

Hi Marie,

You mentioned in your email to us that you made a decision on colour based on what you had seen on a You Tube video by a wig reviewer/influencer. This is not something we recommend. We would always recommend getting professional advice over relying on information from social media influencers.

There is information on our website, including the product pages, which does state that colour swatch images are designed to give you a good idea of the colour, however, they should not be relied upon as an accurate representation of the colour. Colours shown on photos and videos cannot be relied upon to be a 100% accurate representation of the colour due to variances in lighting and computer/phone screens. We recommend using the colour descriptions as a starting point.

We do urge, as per any online purchase from any retailer, that customers take the opportunity to discover important aspects of their purchase before placing their order, especially if there are specific requirements. We do offer consultation services to help customers choose a suitable style/colour prior to ordering. The Belle Tress colour swatch ring can also be purchased on our website.

We, like some other wig retailers, are not a try-on service and hygiene is a top priority for us. Many of our customers prefer to receive toppers and wigs in the security that they are brand new and have not been tried on by anyone else or opened, especially those that are medically vulnerable (for example - chemotherapy, compromised immune system).

Hi Sandra,

As I said in my reply to your previous review, our terms of sale are available to view on our website. You agreed to these terms when you ticked the box during the checkout process.

Also, as I explained to you in my email we do not accept returns on international orders, regardless of what the returns policy is for UK customers. The item was returned to us without authorisation and you only informed us you had returned the item after you had posted it back. It may have been sensible to check the returns policy before posting back all the way from Australia.

I did advise in my last email (which it appears you have not read) that we can return the item to you at your own cost.
We sent you a payment link for the return shipping, but as this was not paid the item was restocked....as a stock clearance item as we can longer sell it as a new item.

We do urge, as per any online purchase from any retailer, that customers take the opportunity to discover important aspects of their purchase before placing their order, especially if there are specific requirements

Please note, as per our company policy regarding order cancellations and refunds (which is available to view on our website):-

Once we have issued a refund, it can take up to 10 business days to be deposited into your account or to show on your bank/card statement.

Our offices were closed between May 26th and June 4th. I can see you placed your orders during this period. We did advertise the closure on our website, including the checkout page and advised that orders would be shipping out again from June 5th.

Hi Caroline,

I'm surprised to read this as we have not received any correspondence from you regarding your concerns.

Heat resistant synthetic fibres do tend to go frizzy and stiff on the ends quicker than regular synthetic fibre and more work is required to maintain the fibres.

We will send you an email with some of our tips on how to care for the fibres.
