Hi Jane,

The information on our website and the product pages explains that colour presentation can vary between styles and fibre types. Also, colours shown on photos and videos cannot be relied upon to be a 100% accurate representation of the colour due to variances in lighting and computer/phone screens.

As we do have a strict returns policy due to hygiene reasons we do do urge, as per any online purchase from any retailer, that customers take the opportunity to discover important aspects of their purchase before placing their order.

We do offer a consultation service to help customers choose an suitable style/colour prior to ordering. Please contact us if you would like further information.

Hi Shawn,

Your package departed the UK on February 7th. The tracking updates when it's scanned in at the next destination. The tracking shows the package was scanned in the USA yesterday (23rd) and it is now in New jersey.

The international postal system is still experiencing some disruption following the recent cyber attack. There is an update included on our Order Processing & Shipping page. This disruption is out of our control but we do understand this is causing inconvenience to some of our international customers. For faster shipping there is the UPS Express Saver option at the checkout on our website.

Our Order Processing & Shipping page explains how our ordering system works. There is a link to this page next to 'Dispatch Time' on the website product pages. We included your item in our next order from Ellen Wille in Germany. As soon as it arrived here in the UK we shipped it out to you.

With the package now in the USA it should be delivered to you soon. I'm sure you will see from the other reviews that we are certainly not a scam company and we have lots of happy customers.

You have said the piece was "charged to you". To clarify this, you approved the payment when you entered your card details and the order was placed.

We do urge, as per any online purchase from any retailer, that customers take the opportunity to discover important aspects of their purchase before placing their order.

I can see you've left your review one day after you sent your email and chat message. It would have been good if you had given us the opportunity to look into your query and reply to you.

If your package has not arrived in one week please contact us again and we can ask Royal Mail to make enquiries with the postal system in the USA, however, you could also contact USPS and ask for further information, providing your tracking number.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and the positive feedback.

We included your item in a our weekly order from our supplier, As you know, they advised the colour was now discontinued in the UK but it was still available in the USA. We were able to do a special order for you.

As per the information on our Order Processing & Shipping webpage, only when we place orders with this supplier do we know if items are available and we are not able to reserve items prior to placing our order.

We were able to send you the order update 6 days after your was placed, which we feel is reasonable when the process is taking into consideration.

Hi Cinthia,

I can see from our records that you submitted your VAT relief form then proceeded to place an order on the same day before we able to process the form. Therefore, the VAT was applied to your order, which you would have seen at the checkout when placing your order. As per the VAT Relief information on our website (the form you submitted is on the same page), once the form is submitted we will add your details to our VAT Exempt database and send you a notification within 2 business days. No dishonesty on our part. It seems you didn't read all the information prior to placing your order.

I do recall from that you did not take the time to read the information about dispatch time and our order processing and shipping information and became quite frustrated when you realised the item needed to ordered in the from the USA and wasn't available immediately.

We do urge, as per any online purchase from any retailer, that customers take the opportunity to discover important aspects of their purchase before placing their order.

If you would like information about making a historical claim on the VAT you have paid please don't hesitate to get in touch.

I'm sorry to hear that you received the incorrect item and I do apologise for the error. This is the first time we are learning about this as we have not received any other correspondence from you. It would be good to have the opportunity to correct the error as soon as possible. On the odd occasion an error will be made but as soon as we are aware we like to correct it.
