Nice wig, great quality but colour difference. In video mocha colour much darker with limited cream highlights. In reality, this wig received mainly cream with minimal brown mocha. No returns policy.

I am so pleased with my recent purchase of a Belle Tress wig. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, so I Emailed Kristina and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I was kept informed on the progress of my order and it arrived beautifully boxed and packaged.

Really poor advice and customer service
Purchased a jon renau steamer for my synthetic wig after watching reviews of people using the product. As this is a product from the USA and their voltage is 110, you need an adaptor to reduce the voltage from UK 240v to US 110v. I thought as KY are selling this product to customers in the UK, the adaptor would come with the Steamer. No. I was wrong. You have to purchase a reducing voltage convertor separately and they aren't cheap! They range from £50 - £100 depending on the type. I requested advice from KY but was told they don't recommend any particular brand of adaptor. There are quite a few on the market, available on line but I can find no information about which type is best to use with this Steamer. It has to be 300w at least, but some of them tell you not to use with hair dryers, or heated hair products. All very confusing. I've had no good advice or help from KY, who are selling these Steamers in the UK and Europe. Now they won't give me a refund for this item which has never left the box it arrived in! Very poor, unhelpful customer service. I will be seeking further advice on my consumer rights regarding this matter. If you're considering buying a Jon Renau Steamer, be aware of this before you purchase.

"The Jon Renau steamer is specialised wig care accessory item that we import from the USA. We are pleased to be able to offer this product to customers in all countries, including Europe. For some customers that may involve investing a voltage converter.
It is mentioned on the product description on our website in bold red text the voltage capacity of the steamer and that customers in some countries will need a voltage adaptor. As always, we recommend reading all the product information before making a purchase.
We do not recommend or endorse any particular brand of voltage adaptor and leave it up to our customers to research which product to use with the steamer."
Your raised a dispute for this order, however, in future I do recommend that you take the opportunity to discover important aspects of your purchases, such as the product information and returns policy, before committing.

"We sent you an order update this morning at 10:29am. Perhaps this went to your junk/spam folder?
We process a high volume of orders and enquiries and we do this in the order in which we receive them. As you would have seen from the email auto response multiple/repeat enquiries will not solicit an earlier response.
I can see you placed your order on Friday (7th). We've sent you an order update on the next working day. We needed to make enquiries with Jon Renau as to when your item was expected back in stock so that we can provide you with that information. Their offices are closed at weekends. Our office is closed at weekends (as per the information on our website).
As per the information we send our customers in their order confirmation:-
We will contact you soon to let you know whether your item is currently in stock and what the estimated processing and shipping time will be for your order.
Currently the wig industry is experiencing supply issues due to delays in factory production and transportation. Many items are out of stock with our suppliers and are on back order. If your item is out of stock we will need to obtain information from our suppliers on an estimated wait time. They themselves may need to obtain information from the factories. We appreciate your patience while we get this information. We are working hard to get orders to our customers as soon as possible or find suitable alternatives.
Please see below a copy of the update we sent to you this morning. Please let me know what you would like to do.

Kristina Young is a lovely person and her website gives you a really good idea of what you're going to get. She clearly spends a lot of time videoing all the wigs and toppers for her website. I had an issue with a topper that was on perpetual back order and she was able to talk it all through with me until it was all resolved.
She's great!
