Tarun not only secured my mortgage but also took the time to patiently explain the end-to-end process, going beyond just the financing. His efficiency was genuinely shocking: I spoke with him on Monday, my house offer was accepted on Tuesday, and the mortgage was formally approved by Friday! Getting approval in a couple of days is unheard of.
