Comprei dois produtos da marca Kundal, são maravilhosos, recomendo. Entrega super rapida.

Venho por este meio apresentar uma reclamação formal relativamente à forma como a minha situação tem sido tratada, a qual considero inaceitável e desrespeitosa para com um cliente.

Fui induzida em erro em três ocasiões distintas. Na primeira, foi acordado que, ao efetuar uma nova encomenda, me seria concedido um desconto no valor correspondente. No entanto, após realizar o pedido, esse acordo não foi cumprido.

Posteriormente, foi-me garantido que o champô em questão seria enviado. Em momento algum fui informada de que tal não iria acontecer. Limitaram-se a não dar qualquer resposta, obrigando-me a aguardar sem qualquer esclarecimento.

Agora, pela terceira vez, vejo-me novamente confrontada com uma situação injustificável. Foi-me dito que o champô seria reenviado; passou mais de uma semana sem qualquer envio e, em vez disso, informam-me que o valor foi transferido para um destino que desconheço, sem qualquer consentimento da minha parte. Relembro que o que solicitei foi claramente o envio do produto e não o reembolso.

Este comportamento revela uma total falta de consideração e respeito para com um cliente que realiza despesas significativas na vossa loja. A forma como esta situação foi gerida é inaceitável.

Perante o exposto, informo que não voltarei a entrar em contacto convosco e que apresentarei uma avaliação negativa baseada na minha experiência.

I bought an enzyme powder, but when it arrived, I realized it will expire in only 7 months. This is the kind of product you usually can’t finish within such a short time. There was no information about the expiration date or shelf life on the product page. So I wouldn’t recommend buying something from this store.

The packaging is super cute.
Ksisters sends emails with the most updates information about the order so you always know what is happening with your order.
They sent me extra goodies which i thought it was super nice and really amazing way to make a difference.

The worst company ever, they'll just steal your money. I've wanted to pick up my package at MRW on the 26th of May, but they told me the package was already sent back, although in their email it said I'd be able to pick it up until the 27th.
I've been told by the customer support that I have to wait for the package to arrive back to their warehouse to get a refund.(i don't understand why as it wasn't my fault, but ok.) Then a month passed by, I didn't get any updates during this time, when i checked in again they said they cannot find the package. I asked for a refund 3 times, they keep saying they'll check when it's going to be issued, but nothing happens, and it's been 2 months already! 2 months of not giving any updates only when asked, and then disappearing, coming up with some sort of excuse, for something that wasn't even my fault. I've never experienced something like this, i really hope no one has to deal with a similar situation.
Please consider before you order.

The store appears very good with quality products that I was excited to receive. However, I never received my order #440176 due to a logistics error - the package was delivered to the wrong address/person despite my correct address being in Ksisters' system. The issue seems to be with Packeta/MRW delivery chain, not directly Ksisters' fault. I've contacted all parties involved and am now waiting for the store to provide support and resolution. This is my first purchase with them, so their response will determine my future relationship as a customer. I'm willing to update this review to positive once the issue is properly resolved and I receive the products I paid for.
