I ordered bin stickers which only cost £1.99 including postage. They were quickly dispatched but taking a long time to arrive. I emailed the company who quickly replied to say they were having trouble with Royal Mail and if they did not arrive by next day they would send more. They did arrive next day but I do want to praise the excellent response from the company that would have sent more stickers even though it was not their fault.I am very pleased with the stickers, a bargain for the price.

Ordered the item which never got delivered and marked delivered. Completely dishonest process. Beware, this is happening quite often now.

Purchased 16 signs in Oct 2025.

I write to them in Nov to explain that 7 of the solar lights were faulty - either much dimmer than the others or not working at all, since the day that they went up, despite full 8 hour days of sunshine (in Gibraltar). No response.

I called them a few days later and spoke to a gentleman to explain the situation. He asked whether I wanted a refund or replacement lights. I explained that we wanted replacements and he confirmed that he would have these shipped immediately.

Nothing happened for a few weeks - no email confirmation, no goods received. I emailed again on 25th November to chase up. I have not received a response to this either. No responses to emails, no responses on WhatsApp, in stark contrast to the efficiency of WhatsApp during the ordering process. No response to phone calls (answering machine) or website form. They’ve simply buried their
heads in the sand.

We are obviosuly disappointed with both the lights and the subsequent customer service. In fact, I have received further complaints from residents on the estate regarding theie disappointment with the lights. They do not last more than 2 hours, even on the sunniest of days. They sadly do not match the description - "The Bellissima LED is its premium solar light feature, recharging during the day (Sunlight is needed - a cloudy day will compromise the charging resulting in low battery) to elegantly illuminate your sign come evening. Balancing form and function flawlessly, it promises to make your home a standout and impress guests with its luxurious ambiance."

I would like to add that we are extremely happy with the actual signs themselves, just not the lights. But beware if ordering from them - their post-sale customer service is non-existent.

The numbers in the sign had what I believed were defects in the background and so the house number wasn't clear and couldn't be read properly. When I asked to return the item as it didn't 'work' I was told that the background was a marbled effect so the marks are normal and there was no returns and no refunds as it is a personalised item. I accept all of those statements but I am still left with an item that I can't use and no one wanted to help.

Flimsy, cheap, ineffective LED light attaches with sticky tape. Waste of money.

Plenty of correspondance and updates. A fair price for a good product. Very quick delivery. Plenty of instructions and a template for fitting.

This is a great sign at so low a cost, personally I would pay double at such a quality item including postage as at the moment the profit margin must be very low, increase your price it is worth every penny.

Back in 2021 I ordered the sign with both numbers and street name.
Over the few years the attachments are getting rusty and the print is peeling from the back and it’s got difficult to see the address.
I have recently repurchased the exact same product, to fit into the previous fixings .

I was looking for a modern house number sign to replace the old one which was a little tired & becoming difficult to read. I saw an acrylic sign by Ksmart & it fitted the bill perfectly.
The sign comes with fitting instructions & fixings but it is really simple to fix - just make sure to use the correct screwdriver bit! Sign looks great & very pleased with product.
