Excellent service throughout the investigation into my complaint against the NHS, kept informed at all stages and both my complaints were upheld by the SPSO and the NHS were given area's to look at and to put into practice the shortcomings highlighted.

Amazed at the quality of the sign with…

Amazed at the quality of the sign with install instructions, parts, quality.
This is a great sign at so low a cost, personally I would pay double at such a quality item including postage as at the moment the profit margin must be very low, increase your price it is worth every penny.

Poor service

Due for delivery on the 5th December according to the seller then Yodel changed the delivery to the 6th December eventually arrived 10t Decemeber. Plenty of excuses from Yodel but other Couriers were delivering on time so Yodel excuses don't wash with me, if they even attempted to advise real time information via the tracking this could have relieved a lot of frustration.

Questionable Delivery

Not happy with the time it took to make the delivery - Advisory delivery times were 8-13 February, arrived 19 February - Was this a fault of Yodel or was it wrong dispatch date from the seller ???

Great kitchen appliance

This is my first airfryer and I was drawn to this one because of the rack system instead of baskets. I have had it for about 4 weeks and during this time I have not used my conventional oven to make a meal. So easy to clean by just removing trays.

I have renewed my Home care agreement…

I have renewed my Home care agreement for another year, I was surprised that my annual charge has been reduced by £3.85 for the year, yes, £3.85 for the year 😄 still a reduction is better than an increase I am just hoping when it comes to my annual Boiler service that it is carried out on the day agreed and if not (again) I don't be subjected to a load of LIES from the call centre staff telling my why they were unable to carry out the agreed visit when I know perfectly well that they are spouting lies.

Tracking info was excellent

Tracking information was good, a time slot was allocated and my purchase arrived within that slot, as the courier got nearer to my home updates were given which allowed me to prepare for the vehicle arrival.

Atrocious Service on 15 March 2023…

I last wrote a review on 15 March 2023 regarding the lack of response to an accident on 27 February 2023 whilst the car was parked on the road outside the house, it is now 5 June 2023 and the car is still parked in the same spot when damaged.

Motor Repair Network (MRN) have still not made contact to arrange the repair, I have tried numerous times to phone MRN but as usual they don't answer the phone, I did manage to communicate with them on Messenger and after discussing my complaint they advised me to phone them Eh!so I said again your company does not answer the phone, Oh! I will ask them to phone you - IT HAS STILL NOT HAPPENED - As this is a Motability car I spoke to them and although sympathetic all they could do was speak to RSA the insurance company and I was on hold when this conversation took place then I was transferred through to RSA and they gave me the old Mantra about the difficulty getting car parts from abroad but they found it difficult to explain to me about how they can order parts when no one from MRN has inspected the car to see what parts are needed. Come September RSA will no longer be the insurance company for Motability.
So it is now over 3 months since the accident and the car has not moved and also has a flat battery.
Looking forward to the Party if the car ever gets repaired.

Most enjoyable short break

A cheery welcome from staff on reception, the holiday home was ready to move into and what I mean is normally with experience I would spend a period of time having to clean various items missed by the housekeeping staff but on this occasion there was a couple of minor cleaning errors which were easily taken care off. I would apologise to housekeeping for leaving a bin bag destined for the communal bin area I only remembered this when I was almost home - Sorry -
I stayed in a Fiddoch unit 53 Griffel view and was more than happy with my holiday break.

Calor Glasgow DC

Calor Glasgow DC - I had tried twice to get two copies of receipts for two previous delivers this was to allow me to apply for the Alternative Fuel Payment from the UK Government but my requests had fallen on deaf ears.
When making my gas order today I again asked if I could have receipts and the person I spoke to David Thomson took my email address and within 15 minutes I had the receipts requested and this allowed me to make my application.
A big well done to David for making my day.

My car was involved in a collision…

My car was involved in a collision whilst parked over two weeks ago, this is Motability car and RSA tell me that they have contacted this company to arrange for my vehicle to be collected and repaired and they would contact me to tell me when this would happen, after one week I contacted RSA for an update and they are telling me to contact Motor Repair Network to arrange a date.
After numerous lengthy calls without getting an answer I went back to RSA and they have told me they have left a message with this company to contact me and to-date - NOTHING
I have tried phoning them again with no response and on speaking to RSA again they are more or less telling ME to keep trying as they are very busy and will contact me at some point.
Pity I can't leave a score less than 1 star perhaps Trustpilot should look at MINUS scores for abysmal service like this.

Honest Review

Having holidayed at Auchenlarie Holiday Park at least once sometimes twice a year started off with 5 star results but over the last few years standards started to fall away, normally I always hired Gold standard accommodation for I knew I could turn up, unpack, enjoy my holiday, it then got to the stage that there was always something to do to the unit on arrival and these were very blatant cleaning chores that should have been carried out by the housekeeping staff but I will not bore you with the details, on my most recent experience I was unable to book Gold accommodation so plumped for Silver, On arrival I had a phone caall from home asking me to return to a family emergency so I left my wife and son and returned home expecting to come back the following day but it was 4 days later before I returned.
My wife showed me the state of the unit, large stains and a torn duvet, seating area and curtains covered in food stains, dirty mucky carpet, you could see the dirt rise as you walked over the carpet, pull out bed in lounge area the mattress was black not by colour but by filth (I think someone used this for the dogs to sleep)
and a few other issues. We decide to leave at this point 3 days early.
At reception I made my views known to the staff and the first thing they said was you should have told us on arrival even though I explained I had to return home. There was no offer of a staff member to go to the unit with me to so they could see exactly what I was talking about.
From home I contacted Hoseasons who took it it up with the Park and a person named Debbie responded to my complaint via email and I was amazed when she stated that she sent housekeeping to check out the unit and apart from some minor problems it was not as bad as I was making out, I had to laugh, would housekeeping really say that it was a mess and face getting disciplined because of it, I don`t think so. Why did a member of management not inspect the unit as you do not leave any department to police their own duties when complaints are made. One of the statements made by Debbie was that the carpet was cleaned the weekend before my arrival, really, they obviously knew how bad the carpet was if they were arranging to get it cleaned so sorry Debbie your carpet cleaner has charged you for a job not done.
When I told Hoseasons that I was not happy with the response from the Park they took it up with the Park once more and Debbie could not even remember the story she told on the first contact as the unit was now in an even better condition than before.
I have no complaints against Hoseasons but I have made it clear that Auchenlarie Holiday Park has seen the last of me and I know of others with the same opinion so I think it is about time the management of the Park took off the rose tinted glasses and bring the Park up to the standard it was known for...

So easy to complete the registration but I was looking for a free advert and straight away I was given 3 paying choices so had to search to find out how to advertise for free, apart from this no problems.

A holiday is what you make it

Always stay in mobile homes whilst on holiday so have become used to the problems that you normally experience on arrival and this was no exception.

The windows, worktops and mirror all had a grey film on them and it would appear that the housekeeping staff had used a greasy cloth to wipe these surfaces and also the old favourite of food residue on the pots. Anyway, I always put aside my first hour on arrival to do the clean up then the holiday starts. No problems with the Park, staff were friendly and a good stocked shop and as I have been at this Park 5 times I have already booked for later this year..

Excellent purchase

My purchase looks even better than what I thought it would look when first seen, had to wait 2/3 weeks for delivery but was advised this would happen as these items are made to order so this did not bother me at all and it was well worth the wait..
