I have placed order and paid in advance…
I have placed order and paid in advance but courier guy didn’t deliver the order , and ks verse did not reply, please do not order i lost my money do not make advance payment, if you pay in advance they will not deliver but make it cash on delivery

We understand your frustration and apologize for the stress regarding order KS1860, but we would like to clarify the situation here.
According to our tracking records, the courier partner attempted to deliver your package three separate times. During these attempts, our team proactively reached out to you multiple times via phone calls and WhatsApp messages to help coordinate the delivery, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response. As per standard courier protocol after three failed attempts, the product was returned to origin (RTO).
That being said, we are glad our support team was recently able to connect with you, confirm your details, and reship your order. Please be assured that your money is absolutely safe with KS Verse. We fulfill all our prepaid orders, and in the rare event of a courier issue, our team is always here to help.

Really great experience.

In your case, we reached out via email prior to manufacturing but unfortunately received no response — which led to the name being left blank to avoid further delays in your delivery.
