I bought the H24T7 monitor. it was so easy to set up. I like how easy it is to adjust the height and tilt. I'm short (151 cm) so being able to adjust teh height is a major plus for me. I wanted the 24inch so it can sit at the same spot as my old one. Picture is so clear and easy to read. It was packed well so no damage. Couldn't be happier. Ordered on Jan 19,2026 and received Jan24,2026. I live in Canada so not sure if that affected the time to deliver, but to me was quick.

Le support est très réactif ils ont su répondre rapidement quand j'avais des questions techniques sur l écran. Je les recommande vivement et je ne hésiterai pas pour mon prochain achat d'écran.

The store has great pricing compared to many others. I paid for the KTC H27T6 Gaming Monitor on December 4th, 2025, and got the product on December 12th. They provided online tracking which was wonderful. The KTC H27T6 model is amazing, I love its HDR output, the connectivity, the quality of the image, the build quality, and the small frame. Now, let me be honest and let you know the display had about 7 pixels that had issues. I sent proof to the customer support service and they said - We will send you a replacement. Their support team was very polite and professional. I sent back the product and KTC EU covered the shipping. Within 24 hours of receiving the product they sent a replacement and it arrived in about one week. The replacement is spotless and I have no issues. I am very grateful for their support, understanding, and sending a replacement. I will definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

For me it is the best service I ever saw.

Me compré el monitor KTC H27E6 por el Black Friday y estoy muy satisfecho con la compra. Básicamente, lo uso para jugar a la Switch 2 y tiene muy buena compatibilidad con la consola. También, se ven muy bien las películas.
Además, contacté con el servicio al cliente por una duda y me contestaron muy pronto.

Eveything worked great I got the H27E6 for 269€ after it got discounted two weeks later I contacted KTC and within a few hours I got the difference refunded. The monitors are also unbeatable for the price.

Do not buy from after sale service is so bad when you buy something from them everything is good but if you received item damaged they say to you pay the shipping fees which is 40 euro it is the half price of. The screen. Don't buy from them or they will let you pay more.(ktc if you will reply im already contacted you and that's what you said)

Ho ordinato un monitor H27T22 il 31 agosto 2023 e, per ora, fino ad oggi non ho mai avuto problemi. Di recente ho anche contattato l'assistenza per un quesito che avevo e mi hanno sempre risposto tempestivamente e risolto il dubbio. Soddisfatto .
Unica cosa se fosse possibile avere, è un software che gestisce meglio il monitor, ma va bene anche cosi

Ordered a monitor for KTC and for the price is was very good, had a flickering problem with it and KTC had no problem exchanging it for a new monitor, customer service was quick and easy

I purchased the 32 inch KTC tablet and it went out after a couple of months and i am having trouble getting in touch with someone to honor the warranty and replace the tablet

Superbe service après-vente, j'avais des questions par rapport aux réglages de l'écran, ils ont répondu à mes questions en 24h.

The shop sells very nice products for really affordable price. Especially when the product you order is in their warehouse. In my case there were some hiccups, but the customer support helped me to solve anything, and it felt that they care. I got what I needed, and was treated with respect.

I recently encountered an issue with a monitor purchased from KTC, and their customer service team has been really professional and helpful throughout the return process. They provided clear instructions for shipping the defective item back and communicated efficiently via email.

While I’m still waiting for my replacement unit to arrive (which I hope will resolve the matter fully), I appreciate their efforts so far. Their willingness to assist and transparent handling of the issue stands out.

Bought a monitor on sale, after a month or so of use it would go to sleep randomly. I tried to live with it until 5 months had past where I finally gave up and opened a support ticket.

2+ weeks of back and forth with customer support they finally offered me a replacement, I asked for a refund, they said they would only offer 50% of the final sale price

They provided a UPS shipping label with pick-up at no extra cost

Worst frigging experience I ever had buying electronic goods from a company!

I bought a set of two (2) KTC Q24T09 monitors from "ktcplay.eu".

On their website they advertise the monitor with a sleek and minimal "trident" logo but the actual product I received has a big ugly "KTC" logo on it.

The refresh rate is advertised as 180hz but in reality I am getting a maximum of 144hz. There is no fault on my part regarding necessary specs to achieve the output.

Their service + return and refund policy is very bad. Only 14 days + you have to pay the return yourself!

I reached out to them about these issues and they don't seem to care about the misleading advertisement regarding the logo and refresh rate on their website. I have screenshots of all these things.

So long story short, I don't recommend this company.

Edit: They don't even respond anymore... According to their website, one has to request a return and refund process. After asking them many times via email they just stopped responding.
