Habe Mecpow X4 Pro 40 Watt. Lieferung erfolgte schnell, Montage problemlos, gute Anleitung auch in deutscher Sprache !
Nach 4 Monaten einwandfreier Funktion fuhr die X-Achse plötzlich keine Referenz mehr. Ab und zu noch ein leichtes ruckeln, nach mehreren Versuchen keine Bewegung mehr in der X-Achse. Habe Kundenservice Video und Fotos über Problemstellung übermittelt. Der Verdacht, dass sich unter anderen Tipps eventuell die Riemenscheibe gelockert haben könnte hat sich bestätigt.
Habe Riemenscheibe mit Inbusschlüssel festgedreht, alles funktioniert wieder bestens ! Danke für die Hilfeleistung

Customer service has been great, as I needed a lens for my laser and didn't know what one to order. I had ordered the wrong one, thinking it was correct but they have completely taken care of me in getting me the correct one.

Bought an x4 pro 20 w machine which arrived in a timely fashion. The machine was extremely easy to assemble which when I sat was minimal I mean it only involved attaching a few lines along with the enclosure which involved attaching a few screws and finally the laser itself a slide in and tighten screw exercise.
I did encounter one problem in that the led light would not turn on. After contacting customer service who replied quickly and supplied a few checks to make the problem was resolved when I discovered a loose wire which happened when in transit. Quick fix and I was up and running.
The machine is easy to use and runs relatively quietly. Engravings and cuts came out well and overall this is a great machine at a very affordable price.
The experience was great topped off by a very responsive customer service department which were empathetic, professional and friendly and solved the issue promptly.

I bought a used x1 from them and it had very mild cosmetic issues as would be expected from a used machine but for half the price of new I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was and it was perfectly functional. I've only had it for a few weeks now but it has performed amazing, and I had a couple issues caused by my lack of understanding of how to use it, and anytime I emailed customer support I got a response same day or next day, and unlike most customer support their responses were actually helpful and answered my questions well. Great products and even better customer service

I asked Mecpow if the R1 infrared laser head was compatible with the x4 gantry. They informed me that it was. I bought the laser under the impression I could use it on my x4. I was sorely disappointed when it arrived. Not only was the dovetail adapter totally different, the cable connection was all wrong. To add insult to injury, not only did they say they had an adapter, they said that they would not provide the equipment to use their own equipment. I thought these guys were great, but they are just another cheap storefront for half assed crap. They might as well be American.

Dopo mesi di ottimo funzionamento si è rotto l'alimentatore e ne ho messo uno non conforme.
L'assistenza Macpow ha capito subito il problema e mi ha risposto in poche ore, ho installato un nuovo alimentatore conforme e l'incisore ora funziona perfettamente. Il venditore si è reso disponibile a rimborsarmi la spesa del nuovo alimentatore. Ottimo servizio di assistenza.

I recently purchased a Mecpow X4 Pro 40W FDA Class 1 Laser Cutter. The device comes almost fully pre-assembled, only the protective cover still needs to be installed. When starting up the device, I soon noticed that the integrated air assistance was not functioning. Thanks to the support team, I was able to quickly resolve this, and now everything works as it should. The built-in camera is also a great advantage, as is the ease of switching between 20W and 40W for the laser module.

I recently got a Mecpow M1 and I'm really happy with it, it's a precise, fast, compact laser engraver/cutter that's perfect for small projects (10 x 10cm working area).
I did run into an issue with the fan not turning on during engraving or cutting, but Mecpow's support team was great. They replied quickly and provided an updated firmware that fixed the problem within hours of my email.
Very impressed with both the machine and the company's customer service.

I purchased a Mecpow x1 laser, not knowing that the Mac OS software had yet to be released. Initially, I was worried I wouldn't be able to use it, but I contacted Mecpow support, and they helped me right away. They sent me a beta version of the software so I could use it right away. Everything was done in less than 24 hours. Top-notch support.
