I am so fortunate they were willing to help me out this summer. I had a couple of 1099s an early withdrawal from 401(k) and wasn’t sure how to file. I went in with all my paperwork in hand, before leaving had a pretty good idea of what my filing would look like.
This is a family owned business. Their knowledge and efficiency is invaluable. They make sure things are done right and you are receiving every tax break possible. No gimmicks or shenanigans. Things are done right. They are fair with their fee, in fact pleasantly surprised at how reasonably priced.

We have owned & used our timeshare since the mid-1980's. We were satisfied owners. However, having retired and moved to a beach community, we no longer saw a need for our timeshare ownership. After some years of trying to sell the unit through other means & agents, we attended Kubiak's seminar and decided to let them handle it. The cost seemed high but after calculating what we'd have to pay in maintenance fees & a huge special assessment, it cost us less to engage Kubiak. That was in November, 2020, still in the midst of the Wuhan virus. Now it is October, 2021 and we are free of our timeshare. We made no payments of any kind since we initiated with Kubiak. They did exactly what they said they would. It took a little longer than originally forecast, but well worth the wait. Kubiak told us up front that we wouldn't hear from them until the transfer was completed. We began to be a little nervous after 9 months so we contacted Kubiak. They responded quickly and totally filled us in on where things stood. Two months later: DONE. We highly recommend Kubiak if you need to be free of your timeshare.

Kubiak Enterprise, LLC did an excellent job of getting us out of our Timeshare in Mexico. All of the employees that we have worked with directly and indirectly have been professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Anytime we have reached out to them with questions or for an update, they have responded in a very timely manner. We started the process in September and had a resolution within six months. I would highly recommend Kubiak Enterprise to anyone wanting to get out of their Timeshare contract.

We recently received verification that we no longer owned our Time Share. Kubiak Enterprises did an amazing job getting us out of this. Everything was laid out before us. The contract was guaranteed or money back! Any questions we had during the process were answered quickly and with specific responses.
The people we connected with at Kubiak were friendly and encouraging. ALWAYS pleasant to deal with. Their process was professional, timely and specific. And, we were part of the process all the way.
I know other people who tried to get out of their Time Shares using other companies that either did not come through for them or created a difficult process that caused them to give up.
I am so relieved . Dealing with Kubiak Enterprises really did make this happen for us.

Kubiak Enterprise has been a godsend. My husband and I bought a timeshare shortly before we got married. Two years later and two kids later it became very difficult for us to keep up with the maintenance fees and yearly dues. I tried contacting our timeshare to let them know that we could no longer keep up with the fees, and to my surprise we were told that there was no way we could get out of our contract. I filed a financial hardship and requested that we be freed from the contract, but three months later we still hadn’t heard from our timeshare company. As a matter fact they had not even reviewed it, hiding behind the excuse that they had many financial hardship applications. I was losing sleep over this timeshare. I was about to give birth to her second child and our financial situation was not getting any better.

We were referred to Kubiak Enterprise and I have never regretted it since. I spoke to Patrick Kubiak over the phone and he was extremely friendly and reassuring. He came to our home at a date and time that was convenient for us. He assured us that there was no pressure to agree to anything. His presentation was professional and very informative. We learnEd so much about the timeshare industry and how they trap people by playing on their emotions. He walked us through every step of the process and answered all of our questions. Patrick was honest and gave us all the facts. He also gave us an idea of how long the process would take. We were worried about how we were going to pay for this, but we were out at ease when he informed us that we could make monthly payments. Every situation is different, but in our case we were able to finish paying in just one year.

I highly recommend Kubiak Enterprise. We dealt with different people in his company and each person was just as kind, trustworthy, and helpful as Patrick. It seemed impossible to get out of our timeshare, but Patrick made it a reality for us. A huge weight has been lifted off of our shoulders and we have Kubiak Enterprise to thank.
