Exceptional service very quick to reply to my query and solve my requirements.

the product looks good, i had an issue and they refuse to replace, they came with an answer the most stupid answer they can find.i will never recomend as a company

Bought KUDOX Double Panel Radiator from ToolStation. Received from ToolStations Warehouse delivered in ripped carton with missing Fitting Kit. ToolStations only help was to return it to them for Refund or Replacement a lengthy process !
I phoned KUDOX and explained my problem and even though it was not their fault they sent me a Replacement kit F.O.C. which I received very quickly. The Radiator was fitted and works brilliantly thanks to Customer Support at KUDOX. I have never had such a Great Support from a Manufacturer/Supplier and I will buy their Radiators and recommend them for the future. WELL DONE KUDOX FOR 5 STAR SERVICE AND QUALITY *****

Terrible customer service for radiator guarantee.. after three years the radiator decided to empty its contents all over my lounge carpet phoned music up to claim on the 15 year guarantee told me to collect a water sample still waiting for the sample kit a month later.
The guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on..

Bought all new radiators when i moved i to my home in 2018 and one of these kudox radiators in my bedroom the paint is peeling of in about 6 different places. Got in touch with kudox and they said it is the chemical cleaning products used thats done it. Im sorry but we dont use chemical products to clean our radiators. Very poor to be honest and id never buy any afrom them again

Went above and beyond when my son missed placed parts for our towel rail I phone up and nothing was to much trouble when I explained what happened they arranged for replacement parts to be sent out straight away would definitely recommend helpful polite and delivered an outstanding service thank you Anita jenkins

Having difficulty sourcing grille clips I contacted Kudox direct and they were most helpful. They sent me some clips free of charge. I cannot thank them enough for a truly great service.

Great customer service, had a clip missing and a quick email to support resulted in missing part being sent straight out thanks to Raphaela.

Needed some little radiator cover clips and couldnt buy them anywhere. As a last resort,i asked this company and they offered to send me some FOC.

I bought one of their radiators from Toolstation, didn’t get round to starting the project for a while and in that time lost the little rubber buffers!
An email to Kudox was immediately answered by Raphaela with the gesture of sending some replacements which came in a couple of days - fantastic.
However, the project took longer than anticipated and when I came to fit the radiator I’d lost them again!!
Another email, another immediate response and another brilliant offer to send replacements.
I will try to be more careful in future.

Lost the clips to the top grills of my radiators after removing them to decorate.
Phoned KUDOX customer service and spoke to a lady called Raphaela Gil 02072255020, this lady was absolutely first class and could not have been more helpful in finding me some clips and then posting them out to me. Five star service from a Five star customer service agent. Excellent service thank you.

Stay away from these radiators had 14 fitted, but 4 off the got rust at the bottom the company said year is up, any where else I can go to because no help from KUDOX
