PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM KUGOO IRELAND THEY ARE A SCAM!!! I ordered an E-bike showing it was in stock then they contacted me by WhatsApp from a Chinese number saying the bike was out of stock and would I like something else i demanded a refund and also emailed them they gave no response, I have to now get onto to Revolut and try get my money back, these people need to brought down I wish I had seen the reviews before I bought anything from them

I purchased an electric bike in December, money was taken but only when I followed up weeks later on a delivery date they said it was out of stock. I have not received a refund yet despite asking many times. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Katastrophal, habe ein defekten Scooter erhalten und bis ich diesen retournieren konnte dauerte es ungelogen 6 Wochen und noch weitere 3 Wochen bis die Forderungen storniert wurden nachdem Kugoo den Roller retour erhalten hatten, musste dabei Ombudsstellen bemühen und noch weitere Konsumentenschutz Einrichtungen , FINGER WEG von der Website

I purchased the scooter from Koogoo who referred to themselves as Kukirin. They used gls-ireland for tracking and a pretend contact system that never answered. Complete scam. Called them on Whatsapp it's China told me it was delivered then said it was in France then blocked me. I went through Klarna and I'm hoping I'll get something out of the 699 I spent 😭. Since then they've emailed me with offers of half price 😂.

1 étoile a defaut de pouvoir mettre zéro. Mon fils a commandé une trottinette début août qui n’a jamais été livrée. Malgré de nombreux mails de relance aucune réponse. Nous sommes fin octobre, commande non livrée paiement non remboursé et contact avec un mur. Un conseil fuyez ce site d’escrocs

Ottimo monopattino elettrico acquistato su monopattino-expert.it (offline al momento) per 740 euro, spedizione celere e ben imballato.
Percorsi più di 900 km, posseduto da 2 anni e mezzo, sempre performante (con 3 marce: 1° viaggi a 15-20 km/h; 2° 25-30 km/h; 3° 40-45 km/h) e struttura robusta; percorse strade tortuose e dissestate; pedana molto comoda, la schiena non sente le sollecitazioni dell'asfalto.
⚠️Non è impermeabile e i contatti elettrici posti sul manubrio sono esposti, per cui va fatta attenzione a non usarlo sotto la pioggia.
⚠️Se devi scendere marciapiedi, non scenderci sopra, accompagnalo a piedi.
⚠️ Evita buche stradali e tombini affossati sulla strada.

Se a producido un error en la dirección de mi entrega y sigo esperando que me lo envíen. Ahora tengo que pagar por volver q mandarme el patín a mí dirección correcta. Espero que me lo envíen pronto!!

Disappointed, scooter looks sturdy and well made but it is not.

I recently purchased the Kukirin G2 max supposedly their most popular model.
It arrived in good time but as soon as i started using it there were problems, the breaks rub badly you can hear it a mile away and it was rattling just 3 days after unboxing.
It doesnt start half the time you have to turn it off and on several times to get the throttle to respond.

I sent an email to customer service who are requesting videos of the problems, i do not have a professional streaming set up so im not sure how they expect me to show them problems which occur when the scooter is in operation, obviously its not going to display the issue if the scooter is standing still.

They also sent a charger with the unsafe 2 pin adapter to a UK address, when i pointed this out I was told that because they use 2 pin adapters in europe this is all i was entitled to.
Perhaps they should sell to the UK if they cant even provide a safe charger, im not sure why they are even allowed to do business here i will be raising this issue with the relevant ombudsman.

After reading other reviews i realise i will not be able to resolve this with their non existent customer service so i have accepted the loss, £800 wasted and lesson learned.

Avoid them at all costs there are many other brands who offer identical products for the same price but with actual customer service.

Aftersales is terrible.
No telephone number..only email and a reply can take up to a week.
I am still fighting for a resolution with this company & they have stopped replying.
They have sent a few parts for the scooter even though I had to pay 20 euros each time for shipping.
The latest was a "fuse" inside the scooter went on fire causing damage to battery & controller.. Scooter not fit for purpose....They keep saying battery is out of warranty. My argument is that the battery would be ok if fuse didnt go on fire. This is a manufacturing fault ..My son could have been seriously injured or my house could have went on fire.
All these were reported to them before scooter warranty (1yr) was up.
I am emailing them every day and no reply.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Pay the extra from a company with a telephone number

Poor service. Coffee tasted ordinary. Not go back again!

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered a particular scooter that was showing in stock online payment was taken and confirmation received. I later received a WhatsApp text to say that model was no longer in stock and would I accept a different model. I immediately requested a refund. They wouldn't accept I wanted a refund and kept trying to push me to take a different scooter. Eventually I had to contact revolut and go through a dispute process I finally received my refund after 2 months. Stay clear of this company.

I ordered a Kugoo M4 pro scooter for Ireland. I drove it carefully but after a month the scooter broke down. The technical service responds slowly, very disappointed with the quality and technical service of this product. The scooter is broken for the second month, no one can fix it for me.

I purchased a Kugoo wish 01 for my son for Christmas problem with the battery it’s not doing the range it should be, contacted customer service on WhatsApp they stopped replying, I also contacted them by email still no reply.

I went to the website and reviewed the dirt bike and the review I left isn’t showing, so they pick and choose what reviews we leave stay clear of this company for your own sake.

Do not use ive had the g booster 2 months and the handlebars have a wobble and wont tighten contacted them because its under warranty there answer you didnt buy it direct…. And 🤷‍♂️ also we dont make it anymore the model, gone to citizens advice over this

Do not order from this company!! I ordered a particular scooter that was showing in stock online and got confirmation. Eight days later I had heard nothing so emailed to ask if it was shipped. They eventually replied and said they no longer had that model and could they give a different model. I immediately requested a refund and they just kept ignoring me asking would I take a different one. I have asked multiple times for a refund and they are now ignoring me. I am down a lot of money before Christmas. I'm not letting this go. The customer service is dreadful and they will not return my money.
