My scooter came with a small gap in the back motor and although my videos were not great, after following the instructions on how to make the video, Kugoo reviewed and delivered a spare to fix the issue.
I am really pleased with Kugoo Customer Service which have support me already twice on critical points and quite fast.

Excellent warranty support and smooth replacement process

Absolutely joke of a company ordered a scooter end of November was told could not deliver so can send me a refund now near end of January and still havnt received a refund. Do not use this company absolute scammers.

Cold after-sales treatment

I’ve been using my scooter for some time now, and while the scooter itself has been genuinely useful in my daily life, my experience with the brand has been far from ideal.

First of all, I bought the scooter and one year later the Kukurin update came out. Honestly, that’s something that could’ve been implemented much earlier, but fine — upgrades happen.

What really disappointed me were the brake pads. They wear out extremely fast. I have to replace them every 4 months, which becomes a constant and unnecessary expense. And speaking of expenses, the prices of the accessories on the official website are simply unrealistic. Considering I spent around €1000 on the scooter, I genuinely expected at least the first replacements to be included or offered at a fair price. Apparently, that’s not the case.

When I asked the team whether alternative pads from other stores would fit — since I found cheaper and more accessible options — I barely received any response. It felt like the only interest was pushing me to buy directly from their website at those same inflated prices.

Then the charger stopped working. And even though it was only slightly past the 1-year warranty, the response I got was basically:
“The product is out of warranty, the product is out of warranty.”
Written twice, in a way that honestly felt unusually harsh and cold.
I’m not used to this kind of treatment — especially after spending a small fortune. I don’t think anyone deserves to be spoken to like that.

To make it worse, the first reply they sent me actually said they could replace it if I paid €15 for shipping. But later they completely changed the stance and said that wasn’t possible after all — leaving me with no option other than paying €60 for a new charger on the website.

And I want to be very clear: I genuinely believe the people working at the front office are good people. I don’t think the problem lies with them individually.
But in any business, the most important part of the whole process will always be the customers. And the tone, communication style, lack of flexibility, and overall approach simply didn’t reflect that.

In conclusion, while I do appreciate the scooter itself and how useful it has been, the after-sales support, communication tone, accessory pricing, and warranty handling have left me genuinely disappointed. For a product at this price point, I expected much more care, professionalism, and understanding.

Elle arrive dans un entrepÎt gls en retard ma trottinette est bloquée la bas car la trottinette est trop lourde et trop grande alors que gls est un des livreur de kugoo.eu. j'ai réussi à la débloquer en allant à gls lamballe qui l'a détenait et ils me l'ont débloquer en 5 minutes merci encore à gls lamballe et fuyez kugoo.eu ils nous piÚge. Ils n'ont pas de numéro de téléphone ils n'ont que le Gmail donc si vous avez un problÚme ils peuvent ne pas vous répondre et vous n'aurez pas votre colis

Lack of update

kugoo you have reached out and emailed me to say that the kugoo g2 pro would be back in stock in a week it’s been over that now as i stated this is still causing me major inconvenience due to lack of update on your website and yous should be applying that the scooter is out of stock before selling is there any way i can be upgraded to a diffrent g2 so i can get on the road and get to work easier and better i’ve ordered the scooter 2 weeks ago and still nothing again if i can be upgraded to a scooter thats in stock would be perfect due to your lack of professionalism on website while i was looking for a website with this scooter all other kugoo websites were out of stock and clarified it before buying this was the only website available that i have seen that never clarified that the g2 was out of stock im not happy one bit if i had known the scooter was out of stock i would not have ordered here’s the order number again hopefully for the last time KUGOO45902018EU.
