It was my first time to deal with Kweli shop, and i came with no referall so ofcourse like any human, I was sceptical, but not only did i get a good machine, It was delivered in time and am enjoying it.

Reliable and convenient

They delivered my products on time and within my schedule and also provided a warranty for the products

All products were delivered in the anticipated time despite the three days’ delay in Kweli Shop receiving the bank transfer. My only issue is the fridge is overheating on both sides. We can’t tell the cause.

Customer service is still very poor with slow rate of responses rate. I had to follow up every now and then for the same things with no communication or update on my order.

Delivery was even worse it took almost 1-2 weeks of follow up for them to deliver the good. in my case delivery instructions was not follow recipient was not contacted prior to the delivery...
