Placed an order and got my part within an hour delivered. I got a response the whole time when I was communicating with them. They advised if the part should be the wrong part they will arrange to pickup the part and get the correct one.
I was hesitant at first as I have never heard of them or dealt with them, but I must say if this is the type of service you get I will use them going forward.

My request as well as the order was quickly attended to.
The brake pads fitted perfectly and communication and feedback was forever consistent.
I'm highly impressed with the service and with the consultant/mechanic who assisted me

Needed to take the gearbox out of my Porsche, thought it best to replace the clutch. Phoned, got a quote, stock checked, luckily it was on special, ordered, paid and it was delivered 4 hours later!!!

Ordered a custom set of head gaskets from them. The head gaskets are literally ripping apart and are warped. Worst scam ever. DO NOT ORDER CUSTOM GASKETS as they will not even refund you for these paper gaskets.

I recently ordered a set of head gaskets from the above mentioned company. I was promised a set of metal and carbon gaskets. I received a gasket made of aluminum, basically foil, and carbon which could equate to cardboard. The gaskets were warped, scratched and the layers are literally peeling apart. The engineer told me to toss them as he cannot use it. I made contact with them and the below is their response.......

"These gaskets are not even as terrible as you exclaim, we use these on a lot of custom applications that have been over skimmed , when torqued down between the cylinder head and block the gaskets will make perfect contact, we have Victor reinz gaskets that split apart but are not supposed to be split deliberately the way you are doing here, this is not supposed to be done at all on any gasket, we unfortunately cannot refund the gaskets as it is custom made esactly like the sample you provided us with, the only other option you have is to contact our competition which is alrode gaskets, and they are even more pricey asking easily 3k per gasket, we billed only 1.5 per gasket and you got free delivery,

gaskets are certainly not warped though and should still work perfectly, once torqued to spec

also the head gaskets are Metal and carbon, you wrote a review that is not truthful either stating we've supp**** you with paper gaskets witch is false

we doint keep any paper gaskets on hand, its either we supply metal or carbon or a hardened pvc type

we also informed you that there wont be a refund for the work done on the gaskets, we made it very clear

we used your old gasket and the stensil you provided to size and shape and reproduce the gaskets to the specification you supp**** us with

its not gonna affect anything, the gaskets will work properly and they do align as we cross refrenced with the sample gaskets you provided us with, you can still use them, they are made with a mls steel top and graphite bottom for better sealing, these will work they always do"

My first time using Kyalami Motorsport spares and I’m impressed with the quick reply, effectiveness and their customer support helpfulness. I made the order from UAE and it’s one of my best experience as they are on time.

They had exactly the right part!! No need to modify anything which is common when you need spares for older vehicles.

I ordered a radar detector and after a long waiting period I eventually received it. I was kept up to date with the process and was impatient hence I wrote a bad review. I should have realised that we live in a country where harbours are not managed like they should be and sometimes goods do take long to arrive, if they ever arrive. To the Kyalami team, thanks and keep going!!

We struggled to get the correct part for approximately 3 weeks after we paid and ordered the part. We managed to get the physical address and had to drive up and down 5 times before we were able to get the correct part. We also had to pay an extra amount as the part was more expensive than the first incorrect part. We received a 4% discount for the inconvenience.
