i opened the parcel and saw they had sent the wrong colour, which was frustrating because I specifically ordered it for a wedding. I sent a photo and they replied quickly, then arranged the correct one for me. The new dress arrived and I absolutely loved it. Really happy at the end

when I tried the dress on it was way too small and I was really disappointed because I needed it for an event. Customer service helped me choose another size and the replacement fitted so much better. stressful at first but they handled it kindly
