The personal touch made this a very satisfactory purchase transaction. The Etsy website was not as user friendly as I would have liked but the folks at Kydeco helped me out.

The shipping seemed a little mysterious but the order did arrive. I suspect small operators allowed the “free shipping” in exchange we didn’t always know where our order was in the delivery process. The last 24 hours, which seemed to have been when the local delivery driver had the shipment, the communication was direct and accurate via text.

Piss poor coordination with delivery company. I still have not received my purchase. I was home on scheduled delivery date, and they canceled. I don’t hear from them for three weeks. Then when I’m out of town, they give me a date they want to deliver. Obviously 8 can’t be there so no response. No customer service. No one to coordinate delivery. Just wait for some randalom date every few weeks to see if you are available? I would never had bought the item if I knew this would have been my experience.

Sofa looks even better in person than it did on the website. Looks brand new. I needed it delivered across the country pretty quickly and they made it happen. The delivery company was great. No complaints whatsoever. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again.

Very easy transaction. I had a question regarding the item and got a quick response. The delivery was quick and the gentleman delivering the item was a great communicator.

I wanted to change some things regarding my order and their client service was super attentive and helpful. Everything worked out fine, also when a little part was missing - it was delivered separately after.

I recently purchased a large chest of drawers. It looked great, just what I needed for storage and was at a great price. Communication from the company was good about the delivery. It arrived in about a week or less from the time I ordered it. Upon delivery piece was examined by the crew. The dresser was very sturdy, heavy and well made. It was like brand new. I would definitely recommend this company.

Picked up a sofa for my sister and it was a steal. It showed up in great condition and she was obsessed the second she saw it. The price difference vs buying new was huge, and it felt like I got a premium piece without the premium price. I’d absolutely shop here again when I’m hunting for deals.
